Midea one of the best !

Incomplete delivery. One part missing so now have a non functioning expensive toilet. Only way to report it is through a chat bot, be prepared for a lot of frustration and waiting and more than likely no result ... Would not recommend.

Still no further on with the faulty ROCA bidet seat, have it all packed as advised, and now blanking my daughter, I notice a lot of positive reviews are ‘invited’ what does that mean! This is going on since February, GROUPSUMI totally a shambles of a company, do not buy from them if you are UK/Ireland based. They do not honour warranty, this was only in use for a couple of months. Also I would say ROCA been no assistance in this matter. Total cost of €1400 wasted. Cannot use any other seat on this wall hung toilet, as they have different dimensions from all other toilet bowls.

I returned a high end ventilator as new and unused and they refused to refund. Now I spend 350 EUR and don't have a ventilator nor my money. No explanation until I followed up and I only received rude and brief responses.

Good service and notification of delivery

Did contact this company to buy AC, looking for advice before deciding which unit to buy, got advice from a Laya from Groupsumi. The ac is KITMIDBREEZ0918

Well I decided for this unit made payment took over a month and several emails before I received unit.
I think this company works with drop shipping
seems other have suffer same thing.

Ok so the Midea AC, fan is very weak and cooling is not good, its a 18000Btu unit , I own several Ac, and performance in this unit comparing to a 14000Btu Fujitsu , there is none comparing the Fujitsu
blow the Midea away, same with Panasonic , I even think a old Argo AC I have haves better fan than Midea.

Now when I complain to Laya, Groupsumi, the relpy is:

"It is similar to Samsung but both are inferior to Daikin!
Excuse me, but as I mentioned, quality is subjective"

So don't buy Midea if you want quality, and specially don't buy anything from GROUPSUMI
You will only get disappointed , buy from a company that
stand behind their advice!

I have been waiting for a refund for months with no resolution. Customer service does not respond to emails, which is very frustrating. Based on my experience, I also question whether some of the positive reviews are genuine. I would not recommend buying from this company.

Made an order on the 27th of April, 2026.
They received my money and sent documentation, factura and delivery document.
No material as of the 4th of May, contacted via email and their webpage chat.
5th of May received two messages via webchat, Laia, who asked for order number and my name.
Upon receiving that, she said she would contact the transport company Dachser.
Today 6th of May, i visited the registered address in Barcelona, Sardenya 261, but there is no offices there just residential, and the portero said he doesnt know the name Group Sumi nor True-Makers
I called the fixed line, automatically disconnected.
I called the mobile and no answer, i sent a whatsapp, no answer.
i contacted Dachser, they were very helpful. They have no order or anything at all from this company, I sent them all the pdfs and the screenshots.
They said they have no contracts with them.
I sent more emails and more message via webpage chat to Laia and nothing.
I will go to the bank and claim back the monies. Then I will go to the Mossos and file a claim and i will also file a claim with the GENCAT here in Catalunya for reclamación de consumo.
Summary GroupSumi is a horrible company, thieves!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! THIEVES!!

Horrible experience, I was waiting for my order for a month, then when asked to cancel it, they didn’t and still sent it to me when it’s already passed all time limits and I already ordered fork another shop.
