Horrible customer service and they stole two Home Depot gift cards that they wiped clean. One card was for $200 and the other card was for $300 and they took both balances within an hour of me submitting it on their website. Their chat is useless. It has been 15 days and I have gotten nowhere. The online tracking system is still at the first stage and has not moved. I was promised I would get my refund today and I have not. They took $500 and gave me nothing!

Update: I don’t know about anyone else but I previously left a review for this company and they responded to the review saying that there was a system issue and things should be up and running on Monday. Well it’s now Monday and still no payment! My status is still showing pending review. Can anyone else confirm if they are actually being paid? I suspect this company is a scam within the industrial park; is it legitimate?

It's been a week
It's been a week. Chat has told me more times than I've bothered to keep track of I'm being rerouted to a human team for PRIMO724F6A8F03. Why sending payment for a card you already cleared out is so difficult is beyond me. This is an emergency I trusted you to simply do what your site said to help with and instead it's just lie after lie and letdown after letdown.

I posted my gift card almost two days ago and I have reached out to chat numerous times with generic answers from AI promising that a supervisor will be in contact with me in any minute now but it's been lies after lies after lies I want to cancel my card and do business somewhere else they have a listed phone number that does not work there has not been any updates on my account I will never do business here again and I suggest that anybody else wanting to sell gift card look elsewhere. And on their website they claim to have 5 stars on Trust Pilot but as you see it's much lower. That alone should steer anyone away.

Beware this company is a scam
If I could give this company negative stars I would. THIS SITE IS A SCAM. They drain the value of your gift card and never give you the quoted payout. I’ve contacted them directly for three days and they kept saying the verification of gift card funds was under review however when I checked the balance of the card it was $0.00. On their website they show a trust pilot rating of five stars. I blame myself in part for not vetting the company. I was naive and thought it was legit. Do not do business with this company.

I submitted a $100 Lululemon gift card to GC Primo on June 27, 2026 and selected PayPal as my payout method.
I received a reference number, but never received a confirmation email. Since submitting the card, its balance has been reduced to $0, yet I have not received payment.
I have attempted to contact customer service multiple times but have not received a response.
I hope GC Primo resolves this issue by processing my payment. If they do, I will gladly update this review to reflect a positive outcome.

Gift Card Taken, Still No Payout
I would not recommend GCPrimo based on my experience.
I submitted my Apple gift card, and the balance was taken, but I have not received any payout. I’ve sent multiple emails requesting an update and have received no response. I also tried calling the phone number listed for customer service, but it does not appear to work.
At this point, I have no communication, no payment, and no way to get assistance. Because of that, I feel like I may have been scammed. If there is a legitimate explanation, I would appreciate someone from GCPrimo contacting me and resolving this issue as soon as possible.
Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend using this service.

I too was stupid enough to give this company my gift card and have now waited 2 days and 4 hours with no communication via their website nor communication via email. It is not fair to take the balance of my gift card immediately then leave me hanging.

Edit: they indeed did pay after 3 days. The lack of communication was still concerning—particularly the fact that the phone number was out of service and the address on the website went to a law office in Atlanta.

YI gave them a Dicks Sporting Goods gift card and it has been 10 days. I keep getting told by the AI Miles that it is being taken care of and nothing happens. I also get told that someone will get ahold of me and nothing happens. If I thought it was going to take this long I would have kept it, but i can't even get a refund from them. They just suck.

Hahahaha! I got a response in my email. It was another AI form letter that said nothing, told me nothing and left me feeling like the owner of the company thinks the rest of the world is stupid. If I ever get paid, I'll let you know. I'm seriously doubting it at this point. I am so frustrated because I seriously needed the money in the worst way, to pay a medical bill.
