Professional and Uncommon Courtesy! 😀

I bought one of their dual hose 14000 BTU Gasbye units, and it worked excellent for almost two years. I was very disappointed that my unit quit blowing cold air recently, but I contacted Gasbye and they’re standing by their product. They assisted me with diagnosing the issue and unfortunately it wasn’t anything that could be easily fixed. Living in Phoenix, AZ, where the temps reach 122° in the summer, can be quite demanding for a portable AC unit.

Instead of telling me the normal, “Sorry for your bad luck” and saying there was nothing they could do, they offered to refund me and make things right. I was shocked because this rarely happens these days! I can’t say enough good things about the company, and no matter what, I’ll continue to trust and buy their products!

I would give 10 stars if I could

I had a well known sealer for about 15 yrs when it stopped working properly. I then did some research and tried another brand. I was not happy and returned it and bought an expensive brand. It was horrible, so it also was returned. Then I saw the Gasbye--odd name. I had never heard of it, but the reviews were almost too good to be true and so was the price. We seal a lot of foods--meats, baked goods, vegetables etc...This machine has worked wonderfully. Easy to operate. I love all the options like the double seal and the pulse vac. The product was shipped quickly and the company has stayed in touch from shipping to delivery to make sure everything was good with my purchase. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Quality product

Excellent product worked very well and is easy to use. The purchase was very easy and straightforward, and very well packaged. Plus the fact you receive spare parts. Also very quick shipping.

Great Dehumidifier A+++

I was skeptical about trying Gasbye but was surprised when I received their 75 max/pint per day dehumidifier with pump. It is quiet and efficient. It seems smaller compared to competitors, and was easy to set up with simple instructions.

This is actually my second purchase of a Gasbye Dehumidifier. My first purchase failed after a couple of months (hence the 4 star rating). My subsequent experience with Gasbye due to that failure and interaction with their excellent customer service department caused me to purchase another of their products! (shout out to "Amy"! Great customer support, friendly, competent, and efficient!)

Outstanding Customer Service – They Truly Stand Behind Their Product


I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but in this case, it is absolutely deserved.

After more than a year of use, my Gatsby dehumidifier began showing an error code. I contacted customer support expecting the usual back-and-forth process, but to my surprise, they responded promptly and immediately sent me a replacement unit.

When a company says they stand behind their products, you hope it’s true — but you don’t always know until you need them. I can personally confirm that Gatsby truly honors their commitment. They didn’t hesitate, didn’t make excuses, and handled the situation professionally and efficiently.

It’s refreshing to see a company back up their claims with real action. Because of this experience, I would confidently recommend Gatsby to anyone looking for a reliable dehumidifier and a company that genuinely supports its customers.
