Grave problema di fatturazione IVA per clienti aziendali / Serious VAT and invoicing issue for business customers
Ho effettuato un ordine inserendo correttamente i dati aziendali completi di Partita IVA europea valida; l’ordine è stato accettato, pagato e spedito all’impresa. Successivamente però il venditore ha rifiutato di emettere una regolare fattura con Partita IVA, sostenendo di non servire clienti aziendali in Italia, pur avendo applicato l’IVA al 22% come a un cliente privato.
In base alla normativa IVA UE sulle operazioni intracomunitarie B2B, la vendita avrebbe dovuto essere fatturata senza IVA in regime di reverse charge. Nonostante una richiesta formale, la fattura non è stata corretta né l’IVA rimborsata.
Prodotto ricevuto, ma gestione amministrativa e fiscale inaccettabile per un acquisto professionale. Sconsigliato ai clienti aziendali.

I placed an order providing full company details and a valid EU VAT number, the order was accepted, paid, and shipped to my business. However, the seller later refused to issue a proper VAT invoice, claiming they do not serve business customers in Italy, while still charging 22% VAT as if the purchase were made by a private consumer.
According to EU VAT rules for intra-community B2B transactions, the sale should have been invoiced without VAT under reverse charge. Despite a formal request, the seller has not corrected the invoice nor refunded the incorrectly charged VAT.
Product received, but the administrative and fiscal handling is unacceptable for a professional purchase. Not recommended for business customers.

Order cancelled after 2 months
Ordered a product on 15/07, with a fast shipping time. Got 3 emails that the shipment is delayed. At 02/09(!!) an email that the order is cancelled. What a terrible shop

We are sorry to hear that you did not receive your order at the expected time. In your case, the delivery date was unfortunately postponed several times and eventually the order had to be cancelled.
In general, delays can never be ruled out completely, even though we try to provide delivery dates as accurately as possible. From errors in logistics to issues with the transport company or problems that can occur along the entire supply chain – all of these are possible, though fortunately only in a small number of cases.
