Buying Discord Boost and Discord Nitro from seller called penguinstore for past year bought more then 50 times only had issue 1 time and he fixed the issue about a mistake I made when copying code within a hour after I contacted him that guy is goat thanks for helping me all the time I just noticed I was never rated him in this site so just did it now atleast I can help him to reach more ppl penguin store great for Discord related products and CnlTeam good for game keys in G2A

The site is legit,the keys are good but they ship games with a month of g2a plus and they dont want to refund

The site is legit,the keys are good but im a bit bad of vision and apparently they shipped my game with which was 2 euro also with the g2a plus worth 3 euro, i didnt sign up or anything , they responded with transparently the subscription is being put in the cart, but in the cart it only showed the game cost. they also dont want to refund it and they only cancelled the subscription.

The transaction is non-refundable since G2A Plus is a membership-based program (prepaid) and the info about its activation is always transparently presented in a shopping cart. However, since you have already canceled the membership, there will be no further charges for it.

Avoid G2A – No Customer Support When Things Go Wrong

I bought a game from a G2A seller, but the key never worked. I tried resolving the issue directly with the seller, but for over 30 days they repeatedly claimed they were “working on it” without ever providing a solution.

I contacted G2A Support four separate times. They responded only once and offered no meaningful assistance. With no way to get a refund through G2A, I had no choice but to raise the issue with my card provider.

To top it all off, G2A then blocked my account, citing “anomalous activity.” It’s hard not to see the irony when the only unusual activity was me trying to recover my money after receiving virtually no customer support.

Useless support

Done talking to support about a mismatched issue with one of the sellers how was hiding the real version of the software they were selling and even g2a informed me that they are responsible for them make sure it’s clear they are selling older versions and the best I got was go talk to the seller more

I have purchased roughly 10 games and…

I have purchased roughly 10 games and I've done a three or four of the game key gamble packs and on one attempt I actually got the game I wanted lol. It's so much better to get all of the DLCs for less than what it would cost to buy the game outright off of steam alone

Refused Refund 30 seconds after purchase

I am not satisfied with my purchase.

I bought this game expecting to receive a Steam activation key, but instead I was provided with a Steam account, which was not what I intended to purchase.

I never displayed or accessed or used the account and contacted the seller immediately 30 seconds after my purchase to request a refund. Despite this, the seller refused.

I also tried contacting G2A support, but I could only reach the "Dave AI" chat-bot, which simply told me to contact the seller.

I have been buying keys on G2A for years, but if this issue is not resolved, this will be my last purchase. I will use Instant Gaming instead.

Bad sellers and terrible service from…

Bad sellers and terrible service from G2A. Dont think if a sellers scams you that G2A will help you even though you have prove you are scammed. They just say try to solve it with the seller. The seller accuses me doing something wrong without proof and I just lost my money and they block the conversation. A lot of people with the same problem and the sellers know this, G2A knows this and they do nothing. Total scam

Really really really bad costumer service

Really really really bad costumer service i had a prob with one of my orders so i contacted the seller but he didnt responded for a longtime so i chatted with their ai that was the only thing that was helpful he gave me a representative from the g2a support and he saw the prob and told me to send to the seller another message and come back to him if the seller didnt respond after five days. i told that i dont want to wait 5 more days and that i waited enough but he didnt respond so i wrote the seller another message waited for 5 days and i contacted the representative again and then the representative didnt responded so i waited 8 days for him to respond

Beware of this page

Beware, very unreliable webpage.
It acts as a market for very strange parties selling suspicious licenses.
Once something is not working, the market delegates responisibility on the sellers. Those do not accept complaints and refuse to return the money for not working codes.
Later the market denies as well.
The software cannot be installed or the license is canceled after some time of using.
Pure scam.
