the setup was super easy.

I recently switched our company's payment processing services to FX Payment Solutions, and the experience has been outstanding.
Charles Warmack provided exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient and never once made me feel pressured to make a decision. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answer all of questions, and work around my schedule when I needed extra time.
The pricing and rates offered are significantly better than what we had previously been paying, and the level of support excellent.
It is rare to find both competitive pricing and genuinely attentive customer service these days, but Charles delivered both.

What a treat Charles was to chat with, he was very helpful in explaining the ins and outs of the charges, most importantly he explained how the other cc companies upcharge and hide the fees. He has been great to deal with and I am looking forward to dealing with him if and when any issues arise. He was not pushy for a sale like I have been dealing with for the last 2 months with other companies calling daily, he was a real pleasure to deal with. And he is helping us get out of our current contract and assisting with returning our current machines. Has been a really great experience so far:)

When ever I call Charles with a question or problem he always answers the call. Very pleasant to talk to and always resolves any problem. I just recently changed providers and it was so easy and the new machine is great to work with. So I'm very pleased with the service.

We have just started with new POS machine and have no issues. James Farmer was very helpful with the switch.

Charles and Jim have been wonderful! Very helpful and explained every little detail. I've been burned before by a payment processing company so when they approached me about 'FX Payment Solutions', I was a little hesitant.
Bottom line, if you want to save $, switch to FX Payment Solutions!

We have been set up with the new merchant machine for a week now and WOW! we love it, it is super easy to use and has lots of great perks. Charles is amazing to work with and always a quick phone call away, no call centers to deal with. He has your best interests at heart, helping your business grow and not taking you for granted (--$) AND NO CONTRACT!

Charles has been amazing to work with the get me up and running? He was patient and helpful every step of the way. I had and continue to have questions. He responds within a short time frame, is always accessible, has given me solutions to every question I may have. I was using the application within hours of receiving my hardware. It’s intuitive, easy to set up and use, does things beyond what I expected and just looks great sitting in my counter as my new POS. If you are looking for a great POS (and they have a variety of solutions) go for Clover.

Charles was great at his job and made the transition to a new POS easy and efficient.
