The best processor we ever used

The best processor we ever used. (We used several in the past)
If you ever decide to switch ask for Gordon - he will walk extra ten miles for you, he does not sell you anything, he gets to understand your business needs.
Absolutely amazing interface for and the best terminals!

I have been working with Clover for… 2+ years

I have been working with Clover for over 2 years as our payment processor. I cant speak highly enough of the service they offer for our business. Their rates have been exceptionally great. I am constantly approached by other companies and they have not been able to beat the rates that we were offered.

Normally for a service like this, the after care is less than stellar. If ever I have an issue, my point of contact (Gordan Chau) has been fantastic. He's on point with timely responses, seems to always have the answers I need and in the odd case he does not then he gets the answer from the correct department quickly.

Frankly, as long as I am processing credit cards, I dont see myself using another business.

Gordon has went above and beyond

Gordon has went above and beyond his role. He always goes out of his way to help my business and I in anyway he can. He always provides us with valuable resources and gets back to us efficiently. There is no wonder why he is #1 in Canada! Thanks to the clover team and Gordon for helping our business grow and succeed.

I would like to take the time to…recognize great customer service.

I would like to take the time to recognize Gordon Chau who is my account Manager. From the moment i connected with him,he listened to my needs and helped me through the process of getting started. He was helpful and very patient when I got delayed on my end. I feel he understands his client and makes sure he delivers top notch customer service. He is fast in his response in answering emails. He is someone I feel is looking out for our company and its needs. I would recommend Gordon to anyone who is looking for great service and understanding of your business.
