I got 12 month of Wisecamper Platinum when I bought my RV in may. Last week I got a problem with one of my hydraulic stands, I contacted Autoconcept and it took less than 8 hours from first contact until everything was fixed. I got hold of AL-KO and a certified workshop that could fit me right in. They did an initial analysis and handed in a quotation, that quotation was approved within an hour and the service could be completed while I stayed at the workshop. Increadible customer service! Even the workshop was impressed by the smooth experience

Today I contacted Autoconcept regarding a damage to our car which we had insured with their product "Xtragarant Guld".
Autoconcept denies to pay for anything, and since their answer to my direct question is very important to all who are looking to pay for their services I opt to translate and post it below.
My question to their representative Mikael Karlsson was:
"Is it Autoconcept's meaning that an "Xtragaranti Guld" would leave the insurance taker completely without any help if the timing belt brakes six months after it was changed, with a total engine failure as result"
Autoconcept's answer to that question is:
"If the timing belt caused the failure it is not covered by the insurance."

This means that anyone who buys a car with timing belt should NEVER buy any of Autoconcept's products.
All car buyers of timing chain cars should avoid Autoconcept too and instead try to reach out for a serious market actor.
Any car salesmen that offers you any kind of "warranty" from Autoconcept is indeed acting fraudulent as they sure must know that Autoconcept never ever had any intentions to cover any of your losses.

It's a waste of money!!!
The rules of the warranty is written in a way that they can basically claim that any damage is not covered by the warranty.

Fraud! Keep away!
Even the people selling the polices are not aware of the crap they are selling: They NEVER cover. Read the terms of the insurance. The term are made in such way, that they never ever have to cover you due to lack of proof of the condition of the vehicle when the insurance started.
I had to use them once for an engine problem: almost none of the mechanics in the city will work with them. I finaly contacted the dealer that sold me the policy, he took the car for repair and told me that he is stopping his cooperation with them, since they are cheating people!
