The print was what I ordered
The print was what I ordered. No muss no fuss. Unfortunately, the last mile of delivery will get you every time. Imagine a printed cube and two of those corners has an impact. About 5 layers delaminated and caused stringing until cut. I would not have known or cared otherwise, but since it was a clear printed piece I was able to see a number of FOD contaminating the binds.

Still missing parts I paid for
I ordered my parts 3 weeks ago. I received a quality report with my shipment. The quality report showed my order of 5 parts and on the same page it showed pictures of the 3 parts they packaged and shipped. Still trying to find out if I can get the remaining 2 parts. Of coarse I will likely have to pay an additional duty charge. I'm not impressed.

Terrible Customer Service
I didn't receive this order. The box was empty -- contrary to what the person I contacted said. This is disgraceful. I don't even want this order anymore. I'll lose the money, but I will NEVER order from Craftcloud again. I'm disgusted with the customer service, or lack thereof.

Some of the part were really poor quality and they seemed to be printed in a rush. Also, although the delivery was good the print quality was just not up to standards.

very straight forward to understand choose a myriad of options.
