Processing/Manufacturer Time was good and shipping time was good. The design came out nice in carbon fiber and can wistand the summer heat of NJ without melting.

1st timer user - good experience
I got AI to design something for me - a car part that never existed for my car. I was able to send it to these guys and rather than just print and return, they came back to me with questions to make sure that the design i'd sent them was what I actually wanted. When the part arrived it was exactly what I wanted and is currently fitted to my 1979 MGB. So I'm happy.
The only reason that this is a4 and not a 5 is the postage cost - aside from that, all good - will use again.

Surprise tariff fees
The product came out excellent, but, I was caught off guard when DHL called for another $35 to clear the package, I wasn't aware or saw this additional fee on the website given i paid a fee to DHL to ship it, so make sure you are aware of this.

Super useful service
Super useful service. My 3D printer broke, and I needed some parts in a hurry, so I uploaded the design to craftcloud, got a really good, competitive bid from a guy halfway across the world, who nevertheless printed my parts and delivered them to me in under a week for a great price, and the print quality was great. If you can't print it yourself, these guys will hook you up with somebody who can.
