I have not received my hoodie yet, BUT while ordering, I stupidly forgot about unisex sizing and ordered a much too large size for my child. I emailed the next morning, even though it was Sunday and customer support was closed. To my surprise, I received an email back within hours, allowing me to swap sizes. I am thrilled! Can’t wait to get the product :)

Bought two sweaters for my nieces, they were beyond happy. They loved the soft inside and the squishy sleeves have helped to relieve nail biting when anxious!

Avoid this company! So expensive and if there is a problem you have to pay international postage for the return. Customer service replied quickly but with nothing helpful. Premium price on this occasion doesn't mean premium product or company . Do yourself a favour and go with a cheaper company, it can't be any worse.

My child loves these hoodies as they're inconspicuous at school, allowing the use of stress relieving tools without calling attention to fidgets. The colours are great and the options also nice. My mom also ordered one and it was too big - no problems at all sorting the return out easily. While they're not inexpensive, I feel the value for money is really worth it. She absolutely loves them and they reduce her anxiety. She even wore it to bed last night while we were away from home as it reduces her anxiety (while we're away from home where she sleeps with a weighted blanket). Thanks so much for this product and great customer service.

My kids love the Cloud Nine hoodies! The quality is great and this is my third time ordering them as my kids keep begging for more. The customer service is also amazing with this last order I messed up and ordered the wrong size. Within minutes of me sending an email they updated my order to the correct size saving the headache of a return for both of us. Absolutely love this company and would recommend it for anyone.

Love my cuddly hoodie I’m a larger girl normally wearing a 24 from a plus store so I ordered a 3x and it’s got tons of room. I’m also a diabetic and needing to carry phone and a widget I love the pockets in pockets!!! Can’t wait to wear it more as it’s to hot 🥵 with summer.

Love the comfort, soft texture and built in stress balls with thumb holes. They feel like you’re wearing a hug. These hoodies hold up well to wear and washing. Our favorite hoodie! I also made an error when ordering one time and customer service was quick to fix my error and correct my order for me in a timely manner!

I needed to double check my address would be alright and they answered quickly, efficiently and ensured I had the correct information, I highly recommend them so far, nothing but amazingness on their end - if you are in need of a hoody, go here!! I was looking forward to this order, but unfortunately the experience fell short on several counts.

First, the stickers: the only ones included in the bag were the Cloud Nine stickers (the design with the cloud on it). However, the order details clearly listed additional coloured stickers, none of which were included.

More concerning was the 2XL hoodie. It had already been opened and ripped from its packaging, which suggests it isn't new — either second-hand or opened by someone else before being sent to me. For the price I paid, I didn't expect to receive an item that appears already used or worn.

To be fair, the XS hoodie was perfectly fine and packaged exactly as expected.

What troubles me most is that the golden ticket had already been scratched on arrival. Combined with the opened hoodie, this strongly indicates my bag was opened by someone else before it reached me.

Between the missing stickers and the overall unboxing experience, I can't rate this higher than 1/5. I hope Cloudnineclothing can look into what went wrong here.

Cloudnineclothing offered $8 as compensation. Given that I spent $255 on this order, I found this frankly insulting. An $8 gesture against a $255 order — for missing items and what appears to be a previously opened, second-hand hoodie — does not come close to reflecting the problem.

The website as lied about their sales offer, and everything is still fuill price. i don't like being lied to by companies so they can make more money

Order the product which was never delivered to my address. Instead I was informed it was delivered to a local burger bar (not a official drop point). They refuse to refund the cost, and claim delivering to a random burger bar is proof of delivery. I will take the process up with Canadian and European authorities as this company is clearly in breach of contract law. Avoid at all cost!

Horrible return policy! You pay to ship back amd never get a refund! Would never recommend or order from again!

The best hoodie I have ever bought! 11/10! I never leave my home without my Cloudnine hoodie. I have ADHD, autism, selective mutism, and anxiety. This hoodie has honestly changed my life. Before I bought it, I used to make some bad choices when my anxiety got bad. But now, whenever I'm having a rough day, I just put my Cloudnine hoodie on and I feel prepared for anxiety attacks. Fidgets have always been very important for me because of my mental health and disabilities, and I never thought a hoodie could help me this much.

BUYER BEWARE:

I recently purchased two hoodies from Cloud Nine for well over $300 CAD, expecting a smooth experience from what appeared to be a Canadian company. Their website clearly states that returns and exchanges are handled through a Canadian warehouse, which is why I ordered from them.

Unfortunately, when I needed to exchange the items, I discovered my only option was to ship them to the United States. The cheapest shipping quote I could find to their “return hub” was over $200 CAD. So at this point, I’m nearly $500 into two hoodies.

But it gets worse: after spending hundreds to ship the package, Purolator was ultimately forced to abandon the shipment because the return hub either does not exist or is no longer operating. So not only was I misled about where returns were processed, I paid an outrageous amount to send a package to an address that apparently can’t even accept returns.

To make matters worse, their customer service phone number pasted all over their website doesn’t work, and their “support” system appears to be nothing more than an AI chatbot that has no idea what’s going on and offers no meaningful assistance.

This has been by far my worst online shopping experience. Misleading return information, nonexistent customer support, and a return process that cost almost as much as the products themselves- only for the package to be abandoned- is completely unacceptable.

Stay far, far away from this company.

Amazing quality, took a week to come to UK

Cloud Nine genuinely made the best hoodie I’ve ever worn. As an autistic person, I’m so sensitive to textures and such. But the material is so very soft on the inside and out. Not to mention the fabric being weighted roughly 2lbs is the perfect amount to calm my nervous system because it’s not too heavy but not too light either. It’s perfect. I’m particularly obsessed with the grounding hoodie in the plum color. The textured inside pocket is one of my favorite details and I mess with it a lot more than I thought I would. Then my absolute favorite part– the stress balls in the sleeves. This hoodie is a walking comfort item that’s so cute and gives you a more discreet way to fidget. I got this as a gift but after wearing it for roughly a week I would definitely make the purchase myself (and will be soon). The shipping was also timely and it ended up coming just when I needed it. I have no suggestions– it’s genuinely perfect to me.

I got a cloud nine outfit for my birthday and I am beyond pleased with it!! I have never felt more comfortable and at easy with clothing my entire life. The built in stress balls and fidget texture mat in the kangaroo pocket are game changers. I want one in every color!!
