Terrible agent who doesn’t understand customer service at all. Scamming company. This transaction makes no sense any anyone with common sense would agree to at least settle me with a prepaid return label with no extra charges

The shoes came in very good condition and you can see that they have no defects. I had to wait longer that's expected that why I'm removing one star

I really recommend this store! I ordered my Jordan 4 Toro Bravo on 01/07 and the shoes arrived in the UK on 09/07 in perfect condition, packed in two boxes, with a tracking number — everything top quality. And most importantly, great prices and promotions. I recommend it with a clear conscience.

Very disappointed, extremely slow customer service, takes days to reply, took almost a week to ship my sneakers that were in stock. By the time they arrive i will have left the country. Now they want me to pay the return shipping. Unacceptable!
On top of that i will have to pay a load of credit card and exchange fees for nothing.
First and last time i will be ordering from here, save yourself the hassle and order from somewhere else!

I got my order and I wasn’t quite happy with the shoe because it looked different in the pictures, and customer service , Jenny in particular, was so nice in helping me to solve the issue and when I requested the shipping costs back she returned it with no questions asked. That’s what I call great customer service!
