As was communicated previously, the factory encountered manufacturing delays with this custom solution. Vanee/Venmar HRV
BPH indicated to me that the HRV I chose would not be available until the next week and offered me an upgrade at no extra charge. HRV and humidistat arrived on time and in good condition. Their price and selection blow the big box stores out of the water. HRV is installed now and was a breeze to balance as per the videos. I am very pleased with this unit.
