Artika Lights Failed Fast, Customer Service Did Less
I purchased 6 of the Artika CL-SR-C1 lights for our home. 2 Years later only 2 of them still work. Emailed their customer support and they replied with "While our limited warranty may have expired, we're sorry to learn that the fixtures did not meet your expectations." I wonder if my expecatations of lighting fixtures lasting more than two years is unreasonable? They did end the email with "We value your feedback and hope we'll have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future." So thanks for letting us know and you should think about lowering your expecations....
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Phone lines always busy, voicemail doesn't work, and emails go unanswered. Felt like nobody cared enough to respond.

DO NOT BUY, NO WARRANTY. Very poor service, warranty is not existent, so not sure how they can claim 5 year warranty, its not even 1 year. I would not buy Artika products. One of the lights i purchased starting buzzing after about 6 months. I reached out about my issues and they initially responded quickly. But then went quiet for a month. Then responded with a replacement solution, claiming a replacement will ship soon and arrive in 5 to 10 days. That was 4 weeks ago and nothing. They went quiet, will not respond anymore. So pretty much they promised to rectify the issue but lied and went quiet. Since i have three matching lights in this room i have to replace all three and bring them back to Costco.

I had an issue with a ceiling fan/light. I called Artika and talked with "Jeff". Jeff was extremely helpful, and made the process of resolving my issue basically painless. It did take a little it of time to get the information he required, but I understood it necessary. Overall, I am very pleased with Artika, and especially pleased with the assistance, professionalism, and kindness Jeff Showed. My next ceiling fan will without a doubt be Artika. Thank You Jeff!
very poor customer service.
This has been a very frustrating and unproductive experience. Customer service is so poor, it is damaging the brand of Artika. After a change of delivery address by customer service, my order went into limbo. and no shipping label has been created. Trying to get customer service to fix this issue is taking days. This is the worst customer service I have come across for online purchases. I will cancel my order.

I purchased a light/fan from this company, order AR-74964. When it arrived it was way to big. I contacted the company about a return. I barely pulled it out of the box. They responded right away and said there are options to get an 85% return, I just needed to send pictures. I have sent pictures and 5 other emails and they now won't respond. I am pretty sure they don't care. I am now stuck with a product that was expensive and I can not use. I would not recommend trading with this company. They should be turned over to consumer protection.

There was an issue with the magnifying LED light I ordered, but a quick phone call to service, and the problem was solved! Mark, in Customer Service was a pleasure to deal with, and within a week, I had a brand new product delivered.

I had a singular purpose in purchasing the Artika Fitch Smart Foldable RGB LED lamp: I wanted to re-create the yelliwish-green glow that my Christmas tree lights provided during the evening hours. I was able to assemble the lamp and connect it to the app on my smart phone in about 3 minutes total. The app is extremely user friendly. The various colour combinations are endless and fun to play with. However, for me it will continue to take the place of my Christmas tree until December rolls around in 10 month's time.
Artika to Avoid!
Artika keeps changing their product designs so frequently that when the light fails during the warranty period, the exact model is no longer available. This makes the warranty practically useless, because you’re then told that your design cannot be replaced. By this time, you would have already fixed it.
To make matters worse, when we questioned this, customer service simply stopped responding. No proper explanation, and no effort to resolve the issue.
The products may look good initially, but they do not last as they are cheaply made. This company clearly relies on rapid design changes as a tactic to avoid proper warranty replacements.
The response was from the seller, Costco was "Unfortunately this item is now no longer sold with us"
We would not be able to help source a replacement.
Cheap is never best and this company proves it.
Avoid them at any cost.

Great customer service and great products. We had a slight issue with one order of 3 and the customer service was responsive and resulting was reached quickly. Products are easy to put up and the light the emit was perfect for the areas we chose. 8 lights purchased. All great.

Not up to electrical or fire code
The mounting brackets on several of Artika's light fixtures, including the Orbia and Oracle 5 light fixtures, block the opening to the junction box, making it impossible for the wires to be pushed back in the box. This contravenes electrical and fire codes, making these fixtures not up to code when installed. I contacted customer service about a solution and to obtain different mounting brackets, but they refused to respond. I would not buy from Artika again.

Easy installation, light does not sit flush with the wall.
The light was easy to put together and the instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. It took less than an hour to put up and looks beautiful. One thing we found off was that the plate did not go flush with the wall due to the plate supplied by the company and our junction box on the wall. Overall, good experience.
Good products, but deceptive and unreliable customer service.
I own 11 Artika ceiling fans, and while the products themselves are decent, the customer service is unacceptable. I have been trying to get a replacement for a defective remote for three months.
Despite receiving multiple email assurances that a replacement was being shipped (Case #286294), it never arrived. After 90 days of waiting, they claimed they were "out of stock." However, their website currently lists the remote as in stock and available for purchase.
It is disappointing that a company would prioritize new sales over honoring a warranty for a loyal customer. If they cannot resolve a simple remote issue, I have zero confidence in their ability to handle a serious product defect. Shop elsewhere if you value post-purchase support.
