High delivery costs, poor communication, poor customer service, poor e-commerce
Very high delivery costs, expected delivery in +1.5 month, no indication at time of ordering, and no communication to inform me as items needed before then. Of course immediate charge of my card. Not responding to email requests. Poor customer service, poor e-commerce. Unhappy.

Hello, nothing you write is true. Shipping costs are correct considering that we are in Italy and the goods must be sent to Greece. The availability of the goods is clearly indicated on the site and communicated via email. Our shipping office has communicated the order departure date twice, in full compliance with the waiting times indicated on the site and via email.
