No warranty and no after sales support outside of Italy.
I bought Toshiba air-conditioning converters from this Tavolla. One of the machines had problems. Tavolla quoted some fine print in their terms and conditions, and refused any kind of support. If they send you broken stuff, you have no recourse at all. Unless you buy in Italy and use the equipment in Italy, stay far away from this vendor.

We would like to clarify a few important points:
- Your purchase was made over two years ago, which means it falls outside the 24-month period covered by the legal warranty under Italian consumer law.
- Our legal warranty covers consumers (non-business buyers) for defects of conformity within 24 months from delivery, provided the issue is reported within 2 months of its discovery.
- Beyond this period, any support depends entirely on the manufacturer’s conventional warranty. In the case of Toshiba, their official warranty explicitly excludes coverage for products installed outside of Italy, San Marino, and Vatican City, a policy that is entirely beyond our control.
As an Italian e-commerce, we operate fully within the limits of Italian and European consumer law and always refer customers to the manufacturer’s terms for support beyond the legal coverage period.
