When I lived in germany it took only 2 days to deliver.

I received all the products on time, the sizes were accurate, the condition was impeccable, and the packaging was also good.
I am completely satisfied with the purchase, I can confidently recommend Farfetch.
Lost Parcel, No Refund 20 days
I ordered and paid for the item on 20.06.2026. According to Hermes tracking, the parcel apparently got lost in the warehouse – the last status update dates back to 24.06.2026, with no movement since then.
Customer service has been stalling me for weeks with no concrete answers and no binding deadline for a refund. Today, on 09.07.2026, I have received neither the item nor my money.
Since there is no serious willingness to resolve this issue, I am currently preparing a formal complaint with the Verbraucherzentrale (German consumer protection agency).
No refund after returning goods
I returned an item and no refund has been processed. Sent multiple email follow ups, showing my old bank account was closed. Team is purposefully not refunding customers
Refund problem
As in many previous reviews I faced refund problem as well. I returned my item a month ago and still fighting to get my money back , I contacted customer service several of time and got just same answers like they checking stuff , come on , one month is too much for this . This is really first company I deal with a return problem , and based on the reviews I can see that the company just doesn’t want to return money to people , it feels like scaam.

My order was heavily delayed due to a bpost strike. Although the parcel was shipped in April, I only received and collected it on 20 May 2026. The shoes did not fit, so I returned them on 29 May, within 14 days of receiving them.
ABOUT YOU refused the return, claiming it was outside their return period, without addressing my argument that the statutory withdrawal period under EU consumer law starts when the consumer actually receives the goods.
I explained the situation in detail and provided the relevant dates, but I only received a generic response repeating the company's internal return policy. No legal explanation was provided, and no effort was made to resolve the issue fairly.
Very disappointing experience. I expected much better customer service and respect for consumers' statutory rights.

Had a return jacket that did not fit right. The process was fine to me. But it's really inconvenient to return my order since I was needing it at a certain time.
Never refunded
Unfortunately, in March 2026, I was informed by AboutYou that they would refund my package. I therefore submitted it to them for refund.
In a series of e-mails spanning over 3 months, the company kept saying that "the refund should have gone through," but I never received it, and they did not provide any evidence of the refund, so, as of today, I feel like 170 euros were stolen from me and, in practice, I lost more than 170 euros, as I don't even have the merchandise.
Of course, this may happen rarely. But you never know when it will happen to you. The fact that the company stopped replying and trying to find a solution, at my expenses, is a problem.
Very disappointed with About You
Very disappointed with About You. I returned my order over a month ago and still have not received my refund. I have called customer service four times, and each time I received the same automatic response saying they would investigate and get back to me. However, no one has provided an update or resolved the issue.
Waiting more than a month for a refund is unacceptable. The lack of communication and customer support has been extremely frustrating. Based on this experience, I will never buy from About You again and cannot recommend this company to others.

Horrible customer care service …
As much I like ordering from ABOUT YOU i find their customer care service incompetence. I have talked to so many of them on the phone without any success. They can barely solve any issue. I returned an item a month ago and I haven't received my refund. Pay with Klarna if possible.

Ordering process….let’s do something about filtering and searching functionality….and there are several logostics partners in Slovenia - why choose the least user friendly? (Pošta Slovenije - Slovene Post Office)?

One of the worst experience i ever had…
One of the worst experience i ever had with a webshop. They say i have 30 days to return my order. The return code they sent with the package just didnt work at all, the app refused to create a new one and when i asked for help from the customer service they didnt bother to answer for a week. Then sent me a message that i can piss off. Easiest way to throw 70 euros to the garbage bin if your order is the wrong size. Dont expect to get back a single dime!
