Paid for product nothing received. No customer support

I purchased a voucher from Groupon for a car air conditioning re-gas. I received nothing from them.

I was eventually able to find an order number but this was not loaded onto my account.

I was overcharged for the initial product which was showing as reduced when I bought it but I still have nothing.

The web site does not offer any telephone support for users and you can only access the live chat if you can select the product you have purchased.

I have now spent hours trying to get my product or a refund without success and am totally frustrated with the poor service and inability to contact the company.

Nothing improves

Nothing improves.

8 days on from my Smart Meter installation.

My electric car remains on the driveway having been unable to charge it since their installation.


The service offered is nil, the feedback is appalling, the responsibility is nil.

Prior to their intervention I had a fully functioning car charger, power sockets that worked, garden lighting that worked.

Since this none of the above work.

I have had 6 separate conversations, complaints with them and was assured of a call back on Friday 30/5/2025 guess what nothing from them.

I am totally ripping my hair out. I can’t charge my 3 x family EV’s.

One of which belongs to my son a police officer.

Where do you go with this faceless wonder!!

Please avoid them at all costs.

Any suggestions as to where I can go to try and resolve something would be much appreciated

British Gas are useless !!!

The comedy of errors continues….

The comedy of errors continues….

We had a new smart meter fitted on Friday 25/5/2025. The set up was completed but to date has not worked.

I have an electric vehicle and this upgrade has disabled my car charger !!! Worked perfectly before🤷‍♂️


None of the smart meters work!! Mr garden lights will no longer turn off.

I contacted British Gas on Saturday 26/5/2025 and was told an emergency engineer would contact me within 90 minutes. Nothing heard from them.

I contacted them again on Sunday 26/5/2025 to be told they don’t work on Sunday!!

I persisted and complained until I got some response. I was mid conversation and got cut off by then. They have my number and e mail but failed to follow up and try and contact me.

This is a diabolical service. I have 3 x EV’s which are stuck on my driveway. I can’t drive them my charger is disabled. I did make this point that I can’t go to work!!!

So I can look at my garden in the dark , pay excessive charges due to the service I have received and can’t go to work as I am unable to charge my car.

Two complaints no response ….

Is this service?

No and I am forced to pay for it. No response from BG.

Item not delivered no response from repeated e mails

I ordered a track suit from this company on 13/12/2024 as a Christmas present. The item did not arrive. To date they have not responded to any of my e mails there has been no update and the item has not arrived. There is no customer telephone contact number and seems no other point of contact. As with all the other reviews I am not impressed with the customer service.

Appalling waiting times !!!!!

I took out a policy with this company and needed to make a change. The customer service portal advised me to contact the company to make the appropriate change not on the web site as suggested in their introductory paperwork.This was the main reason I purchased the policy with this company to be able to do this.

I needed the change to take effect immediatley but was unable to accomplish this as the telephone was not answered.

I have tried own two occasions on the 4th and 10th May to contact the customer service centre helpline. Both times I have sat with the most irritating repeat music for over an hour. I still haven't received an answer. I write this as I again continually listen to the music 1hour 8 minutes and 14 seconds into my call!!

This is totally unacceptable as is the inability to make a change to your policy.

I eventually got a reply 1hour 14 minutes and 46 seconds into the call. The operative advised they had no control over their waiting times and that they had not received my 'e' mail. This is strange as all other e mails sent on that day delivered without problem.

I was put on hold a number of times again whilst they tried to find my e mail as I was objecting to their cancellation charge after my first contact.

I eventually managed to get an answer. The cancellation fee was not charges which was a positive and my call took 1 hour 21 minutes.

On the plus side the policy was easy to set up but diabolically bad to get an answer from customer services and cancel the policy.

If you have hours to spend on the phone and like repeated music great, otherwise NO!!

This is a total shambles

This is a total shambles. They are based in China, they are slow to deliver, the sizes are ridiculous, the clothes do not appear genuine. The customer service is not existent, refund policy we will give you 10% of the purchase price and keep the useless items. Please keep away a total waste of money and time

Easy Property Sale

I was somewhat reluctant to be involved in an on-line sales company but I have been totally converted. On meeting the sales appraiser Lisa Omelia she explained matters fully, convinced me as to her professionalism and provided local contact numbers and insured confidence in her product.
Lisa arranged all the viewings as part of the package and held the keys. The only slight 'hiccup' was from the head office staff who kept telephoning me to ask about viewings and on 3 occasions I had to tell them to speak to Lisa which she did.
Lisa updated me following any viewings and appraised and advised throughout. Her approach was professional and service exceptional.
Once a sale was agreed Debbie Ogden took over she was always in control of the recess. She was knowledgable and efficient throughout. Debbie went out of her way to update us and endure that we were always aware of the position of the sale. Her service was excellent.
In short great service from the two main contact points, easy transaction to be involved with. Both were a little let down by 'head office' staff who had not read instructions prior to making phone calls but not withstanding an excellent service, good product, great personal touch and good value for money.
