When my new order arrived, one ornament was broken and the other had unsatisfactory crowded script. I emailed the company with my problem and provided pictures. They immediately responded and sent perfect replacement ornaments. Have been ordering for 25 years and has always been pleased. Great customer service!

I have been ordering ornaments for 20+ years and they are always quality and beautiful. Unfortunately I'm disappointed with the decrease of ethnic ornament choices that have been available the last few years. I originally started ordering for the diversity of your product but have been forced to seek out other sources for very special ornaments. My hope is that you will once again expand your offerings to once again include ethnic choices.

Ive been ordering great ornaments for 20 years. The quality is great and memorable! They used to be very customizable, blonde or bruette hair and caucasian or ethnic skin tone but not any more. Selection is VERY limited now so I may have to look elsewhere. That's what made them special!

Great selection of ornaments but reason for 4 stars is because of the limited selection of African American selections in those same ornaments. I've ordered ornaments from you for years and have noticed the gradual decrease in availability...especially the least two to three years. Would love to see the return of a more varied selection.
