Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 171 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Customers frequently encountered issues with product quality, such as items arriving faulty, worn, or with incorrect sizing. Many also reported problems with orders, including non-delivery, receiving incorrect products, or items getting stuck in processing. Reviewers consistently found customer service unhelpful, often characterized by automated responses and a lack of direct contact options. bad bad experience

the experience has been sooo bad... they claim the delivery will take something like 4 days, but then when the estimated delivery day comes they message saying theres a delay, no information of how long, nothing. Even if you try to message and ask, nothing for days, horrible customer service.
And now, since they claim it has already "shipped" (lies) you cant even cancel the order anymore. Avoid this shop at all cost, really... I should have read the reviews here before :(

Extreme Sports 🤸

I received a product that came with a defect. No button on the jacket sleeve. I cannot close the sleeve. Part of the button was in the left side pocket ( Yes, part of ). I could tell that the jacket was worn before I purchased it.
The jacket didn’t even arrive on time. Shopping with PULL&BEAR is wild business. A gamble for sure. Extreme sports at best ⛷️🧗‍♀️🪂

Horrible experience with Pull&Bear.

Horrible experience with Pull&Bear.
I had two orders (20291311625 and 20217748248) that were marked as delivered, but I never received either of them. The total value of the missing orders is almost €800.
I have been in contact with Pull&Bear since early June through Instagram direct messages and email for weeks, yet I have received no meaningful updates or resolution.
Customer service keeps sending generic replies. They even sent me a delivery document from the courier containing a signature that is not mine, yet they continue to treat the case as if the delivery was successful.
Losing almost €800 due to this situation is unacceptable. Instead of investigating properly, I keep receiving the same automated responses.
I will never shop with Pull&Bear again, either online or in-store, and I cannot recommend them to anyone. If you're considering ordering online, be aware that if something goes wrong, you may be left without your order and without any real support.

Very rude and arrogant staff

Very rude and arrogant staff. I bought a belt in store which could not be properly tried on due to the tags covering the clasps. I then tried it on after purchasing and found it to be too big. Not even 10 minutes later I asked the staff for a refund/exchange which they refused because the tags had been tampered with. The belt was in perfect condition and hadn’t been worn, I just removed the tags to actually try the item on (which as stated above could not have been done before purchasing). The staff were very hostile in telling me that it was my own fault that the item couldn’t be exchanged. I spoke with the manager and asked if there was anything he could do and he point blank refused, refraining from giving me his name or job title. Really disappointed with the policy and the staff at the Trafford Centre store. This experience has been enough to prevent me from ever shopping at Pull & Bear again.

Purchased a jacket for $119 on the 07th of June, money was taken out of my account however no order confirmation was received. Immediately contacted the support team and to date I have sent 8 emails since the 11th of June and have not received a response outside of “your enquiry has been escalated to the relevant department, we will contact you once we have a reply”.

Absolutely terrible, do not purchase from app or online store.

Australia

Australia. Purchased a hoodie whilst I was overseas. When I came home I saw that the hoodie part has a big hole in it. I contacted them and they told me I have to take it into a store since it was an instore purchase. It most certainly was not. Delivery took around 4 weeks. Not happy.

I would give zero starts if possible

I would give zero starts if possible. Firstly, I took forever to even ship. Secondly they lost the package and didn't even update the tracking or tell me. It took a month to get any kind of service from them. They didn't compensate or care. If I didn't continuously contact them and demand my refund they would have taken my money. I guess I should've realized how shady this company is considering they don't have a dedicated customer service system. They don't have a phone number or email. They have a WhatsApp chat. DO NOT ORDER, KEEP YOUR MONEY

I ordered a pair of shorts for my son’s birthday, these had clearly been worn! Inside the pocket was an open bag with sweets in and a Spanish car park receipt dates August 2025. So the sweets had been in the pocket almost a year!
With non existent customer service only an AI chat which is so frustrating I was offered after the 6th attempt at trying to contact someone I was told as a gesture of goodwill I will be issued a return label!! Seriously shocking. Bring back customer service and the human contact!

lowkey so annoyed right now. bought a really nice oversized tshirt and some cargo pants. wore the tee once, washed it at 30 degrees, followed the label exactly and it literally shrunk to a size small?? looks like a crop top now lol. quality has gone downhill so much.
The bags and caps are still decent but stay away from their basic tees.

Misleading and difficult returns service

Ordered 3 tops and a bag, wanted to return 1 top. I went through the returning process and I opted for the in-post locker drop off return and it stated that you will require a printer to print the label. I thought that's fine, I have a printer. So I received the label and it's a QR code, so I thought why did they say printer required when it's not. Anyway, so me thinking it's the QR code for in-post locker, I go to the locker, scan that QR code they sent me and it doesn't work. So I contacted them the next day, and I found out that they sent me a Royal Mail QR code instead, when I requested for an in-post locker drop off. So they finally sent me an in-post locker QR code - hopefully this will work! I don't think I'll be ordering from Pull&Bear online in future, and this was my first online order.

Customer care

I visited the store in Etele Plaza, Budapest, yesterday around 3:30 PM. The store was very quiet, with only a few customers present. While I was in the fitting room, I kindly asked a staff member to help me by bringing a different size of the trousers I was trying on. To my surprise, I was told "Of course, you can go and get it yourself" in an incredibly rude and arrogant tone.
As a customer who is always mindful of being polite and leaving items organized, I found this lack of assistance and unprofessional attitude unacceptable—especially considering the store was not busy. Due to this unpleasant interaction, I decided not to purchase the items and left the store empty-handed. If customers are expected to find their own sizes while in the fitting room, the role of the floor staff becomes questionable. I am very disappointed with the service at this location.

Item purchased online

Item purchased online - when parcel arrived one item was damaged with pulled threads across the front.

On informing P&B customer service they asked me to take it to my local store at my own expense and time for “assessment” even though multiple photos and prof’s shared. Then there was 5 days between responses.

For a £20 t shirt and as my location is 70 miles from the nearest store it was a ridiculous request and resolution.

Port service and no urgency from them.

Complaint remains unresolved- AVOID THIS COMPANY

Cheap, but quality is low

Bought a Pull&Bear sweatshirt on October 10, 2025, mainly because I liked the design, simple, clean, nothing over the top, and good price, very cheap as for this kind of clothes. I was actually happy with it, fit was good, fabric felt soft, comfortable to wear. I started using it pretty often, when visiting my university, just casual everyday stuff

But after a few washes, it started changing. It lost its shape, completely, but noticeable enough. Also some pilling appeared, which made it look older than it should. I am not disappointed coz I knew what I were buying. This will serve you for a few months, not more

DISGRACEFUL. AVOID

DISGRACEFUL. AVOID.

Their machine FORCED my personal phone number at purchase, then failed to print a receipt. When I returned with item brand new, tags attached they RUDELY refused because of a receipt THEIR OWN SYSTEM failed to provide. Collecting personal data then failing customers is a GDPR violation. Filing complaint with Verbraucherzentrale Berlin immediately. SHAMEFUL.

Terrible Customer Service

Ordered 18/03. Tried to contact the company on 1st of April and only got an AI response telling me it was ready to ship shortly. When I didn't get a shipping notification by 20/04 I tried to get in touch with the company again. It is so difficult to get anything but AI. Eventually got an agent who couldn't tell me when it would ship and my only options were to wait (with no idea when it would ship) or cancel.
