I didn't like them at all
I didn't like them at all. Maybe the shape of the pillow is good, but it's very firm. For someone used to sleeping with very soft pillows, these feel like rocks. I used one once and woke up with a headache... and I bought two... what an idiot, I should have bought one to try.

Your comment about them feeling "like rocks" certainly tells us how disappointing the experience was for you. The Butterfly Pillow is intentionally designed to be firmer than traditional pillows because its focus is on supporting the neck and shoulders, but we completely understand that this can feel very uncomfortable if you are used to sleeping on softer pillows.
We can imagine how disappointing it must have been to finally try the pillows and realize that the firmness simply wasn't what you had hoped for, especially after purchasing two of them.
