**★☆☆☆☆** terrible service

Update: paycards replies and refusal to provide justified non-security related questions has now result in them stating that they do not wish to communicate with its customers after 3 email communications and now rejecting further communication with a customer is an insult to customer service standards in Switzerland their procedures should be clearly reviewed by Swiss standards authorities, for an error message tha repetitively “states please try again” this leading customer to confusion.

Original issue:

As a long-standing customer with Fust and having used previously on Fust service offers through their partner Paycard pay in 30 days facility, I found my recent experience with Paycard extremely disappointing.

I attempted to use the 30-day invoice payment option when purchasing a Dyson Cool CF1 from Fust. The transaction repeatedly failed, displaying only a generic payment error.

I contacted Paycard with a detailed explanation of the issue. I explained that I had tested the purchase on multiple devices, verified all my personal details, and confirmed that credit card payment worked perfectly. I also explained that I had successfully used Paycard's invoice service in the past.

I was not asking Paycard to disclose confidential credit scoring information. I simply wanted to know whether the issue was technical, administrative, or whether my invoice request had been declined.

Instead, I received what appeared to be a standard template stating that they could not offer invoice payment and that no further information would be provided.

For a company providing a financial payment service, I expected a much more professional and customer-focused response. My specific questions were not answered, no meaningful explanation was provided, and there was no attempt to investigate the circumstances I had described.

Good customer service is not only about making decisions but also about communicating them respectfully. Unfortunately, that was completely lacking in my experience.

Zero competence

Zero competence, absolute terrible service. I make regular payments for invoices, they send me payment confirmation reciepts via email afterwards they send me payment reminders and interest charges saying they havnt been paid!! I called them and they have zero visibility in customer service, useless and disorganized!

Extremely non-transparent invoice supplier

Extremely non-transparent supplier when it comes to billing. For nearly a year, we have been receiving increased invoices every month by post only, despite several explicit requests to receive them by email so they can be properly checked.

The amounts charged are not clearly detailed, making verification almost impossible. This situation has been ongoing for months and creates the impression of recurring fees being charged without clear justification.

Consumers should avoid paying via delayed invoicing with this provider. Companies that mandate this supplier — such as large retailers (coop, nettoshop…)— should reconsider their choice and work with partners who operate in a more transparent, fair, and customer-friendly way!

The supplying company, FUST

The supplying company, FUST, indicated that we would receive an INVOICE in the month following installation of the product purchased. All we actually received was a document from Paycard noting an invoice number, but no copy, and showing a total amount to be paid, which it was not possible to relate directly to the purchase documents from FUST.
An invoice to me is a document from the supplying company that lists the goods and/or services provided to the customer, together with their individual prices and charges, thus giving the means to easily control the final total to be paid.

Never buy again with Paycard

It can happen to pay a bit late (15 days) because the invoice got lost. I had to pay almost 30 CHF of fine inclusive admin costs for an amount of 115 CHF. I never had to pay it for other services. This is the last time I buy something through Paycard.

Do not buy anything with Paycard

Do not buy anything with Paycard. It is very a very expensive way of buying things. They will charge you much more than the initial price. They will send you an invoice that as costs. I cancelled the invoice and still received a letter invoice. It is just a bad service. I wish I had read before buying anything with Paycard. Not a good service, not a good company.

Paycard enables scams

Paycard enables scams.
Its possible to order items from online shops only by giving a persons name and address at checkout.
It is also possible to make purchases in certain shops by simply giving a name and address.
All without any verification process from paycard to ensure the person making the purchase is actually who they say they are.

This enables fraud and resulted in my receiving bill from stores I didn't shop in. At the same time the bill that was sent to my address didn't contain any information as to the product that was purchased, making the situation even more confusing.

I couldn't believe how easy it is to commit fraud using paycard. Truly a horrible company. I don't understand how this can be legal.

If this happened to you contact the company listed on the bill. In my case it seems to be working relatively smoothly in getting things cleared up.

Definitely not recommended

Definitely not recommended, this company opened 2 accounts for me and didn't credit the payments to the correct accounts so there were reminder fees, incredibly rude on the phone and no help was offered, so pay and shut up? What an unprofessional company!

Not a trustful business

- very high fees. Why don't they directly go to rob a bank ?
- no cancellation procedure and policy in the termes of service. You have to contact them and ask for the operation. They of course made it very difficult for you to do so and try to trap you in.
- poor customer service : making mistakes and being rude when you point it out, total lack of professionalism
In summary, not a trustful business. Be careful if they try to open an account for you when you buy something on Coop.ch. You should refuse it. No idea why Coop uses this service, very bad association and damage the image of Coop.

Bad service / rip off / keep away !

Bad service, wouldn’t send invoices in French or in English. Mails look like scams / phishing (all in German, no explicit mention of Fust as the payee, strange editing and then apply up to 40 % for late fees). We were told Fust would send us a regular invoice to be payed upon receiving it using the QR code. Not strange scam looking obscure SWISS German edited doc. Total Rip off. Never use that PayCard and / or any financial service from Coop.
