1 Real customer compensated for their time.

2 Not all applicants will qualify for larger loan amounts or most favorable loan terms. Larger loan amounts require a first lien on a motor vehicle no more than ten years old, that meets our value requirements, titled in your name with valid insurance. Loan approval and actual loan terms depend on your state of residence and your ability to meet our credit standards (including a responsible credit history, sufficient income after monthly expenses, and availability of collateral). APRs are generally higher on loans not secured by a vehicle. Highly-qualified applicants may be offered higher loan amounts and/or lower APRs than those shown above. Active duty military, their spouse or dependents covered by the Military Lending Act may not pledge any vehicle as collateral.

Borrowers in these states are subject to these minimum loan sizes: Alabama: $2,100. California: $3,000. Georgia: $3,100. North Dakota: $2,000. Ohio: $2,000. Virginia: $2,600.

Borrowers in these states are subject to these maximum loan sizes: North Carolina: $11,000 for unsecured loans to all customers, $11,000 for secured loans to present customers. Maine: $7,000. Mississippi: $12,000. West Virginia: $13,500. Loans to purchase a motor vehicle or powersports equipment from select Maine, Mississippi, and North Carolina dealerships are not subject to these maximum loan sizes.

3 Funds within an hour after loan closing must be accessed by using a bank-issued debit card and are disbursed through the SpeedFunds® debit card network. Funds may also be disbursed by electronic deposit to the borrower’s bank account through the ACH network and available approximately 1 to 2 business days after closing or disbursed by check. SpeedFunds® is a registered trademark of OneMain Financial Holdings, LLC.

4All loan funds paid at closing to customer or paid on customer’s behalf (except any fees paid for lien placement) must be returned to OneMain Financial by debit card, certified check, cashier’s check, money order, or uncashed original OneMain Financial loan check within 7 calendar days after the Date at the top of the Loan Agreement. Personal checks cannot be accepted. Any OneMain Financial loan(s) paid off with proceeds of the canceled loan will be reinstated. If you financed the purchase of insurance or other optional products at the time of the loan, you have the option to cancel or keep your noncredit insurance product or membership plan. If you choose to retain these products, you will need to pay for the purchase. Any credit insurance products you purchased will be canceled with the loan.

5Loan proceeds cannot be used for postsecondary educational expenses as defined by the CFPB's Regulation Z such as college, university or vocational expenses; for any business or commercial purpose; to purchase cryptocurrency assets, securities, derivatives or other speculative investments; or for gambling or illegal purposes.

Needed a some financial help

Needed a some financial help, and applied online. I was contacted within minutes by, Tatiana who was absolutely amazing. She walked me through the process and explained each step to me in detail so i could understand. And above all that i could feel her actually wanting to help me. A big thank you to One Financial, and an even bigger thanks to Tatiana!

I rarely leave negative reviews

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with OneMain Financial has been one of the most frustrating financial experiences I’ve ever had.

I went into this loan believing I was getting honest, straightforward information. During the process, I was told things that ultimately did not match how my loan actually worked. I later discovered that a much larger portion of my payments was going toward interest than I expected, making it feel almost impossible to make meaningful progress on the principal balance.

To make matters worse, I purchased optional protection products because I was led to believe they would help if I experienced financial hardship. When I needed that protection, my claim was denied based on limitations that were never clearly explained to me during the loan process. It left me paying for coverage that didn’t help when I needed it most.

I’ve made extra payments, paid ahead whenever I could, and genuinely tried to stay on top of my account. Instead of feeling like I was getting ahead, it often felt like I was stuck in a cycle where my balance barely moved.

My biggest disappointment isn’t just the loan itself—it’s the lack of transparency. Consumers deserve to fully understand what they’re signing, how their payments are applied, and exactly what optional products do and do not cover before making such an important financial decision.

I hope OneMain Financial takes customer concerns more seriously and focuses on providing clearer explanations so future borrowers can make truly informed decisions. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend OneMain Financial.

Just had a great experience working with Devin, she was upfront, knowledgeable, helpful and patient as she helped us get everything in order and settle on a loan we felt comfortable with. Very fashionable and courteous to boot. 10 out 10 would do again.

Very disrespectful tone and attitude

Very disrespectful tone and attitude. I simply asked what would be the monthly payments, he said well I’m not the one paying it so what would you like to pay. He kept laughing and talking in incomplete sentences. Please do better with customer service and training

Don't waste your time.

Went through the online process and talked with a rep. Shortly after I received a message that my loan was approved. Never got a call after contacting them 3 times about my loan. Have been ignored ever since. No return calls as promised, nothing. Bad experience overall. Was a waste of time and took a hit to my credit rating to boot. Not recommended. Update: Finally got a callback saying my loan was now denied. Customer experience was really bad.

All of the staff was nice and friendly. They made me feel welcome. There was no judgment from them. They offered the different products for protection in a way that didn't feel like they were pressuring me.

Attidude is a small thing that makes a big difference!

I have been working with One Main Financial for a few years now, and this specific location is all I have worked with. They are awesome individuals, and I have always had good experiences with the workers here. Recently, I called and got to work with a new worker by the name of Karissa. Still after years of working with this location I have more good things to say. First hand glance at a clients account such as mine and any worker would treat it as normal. It is the most caring workers that make your experience different. That is what Karissa did when I had the chance of working with her. I believe all workers at this location operate this way, and thats why I wanted to make this review after so long. Thank you OMF Stevens Creek Branch for being awesome! Honorable mention to Aaron!
