⭐ Ordered PROKTIS M 10, received AROX mosquito repellent – Fraud

⭐ Bewertung: 1/5 Sterne

Titel: Ordered PROKTIS M 10, received AROX mosquito repellent – Fraud

I ordered 2x PROKTIS M 10 Suppositories (€21.69) on 05.05.2026 (Order #493401) and paid via Visa.

Nalda confirmed the order but after weeks of delay, I received a DHL package on 20.05.2026. Inside was NOT the medication I ordered, but 2x AROX mosquito repellent – a completely different, cheap product.

Nalda admitted the mistake and apologized, but they refused to send me a prepaid return label. Instead, they demanded that I pay for the return shipping myself and wait up to 30 days for a refund – even though the error was entirely theirs.

I have now filed a chargeback dispute with my bank. I strongly advise against ordering from Nalda. If you must, always use PayPal for buyer protection.

no customer service

I placed an order and received the confirmation, it would be delivered in 4 weeks, which was much too late for my needs. Tried to cancel, but my order # was still unknown to the chatbot. So I sent a message, when they finally read it after three days, they were unable to cancel, supposedly the order had already shipped and they adjusted the delivery date to reflect that. However, three days after shipment, still no status update and adjusted delivery date has passed without delivery. STAY AWAY!
