No accountability - customer service dismisses the facts

I cancelled my order in full before it shipped which was also confirmed in Nalda's own system. Despite that, part of the order was still shipped, with a note promising the rest would follow. It never did.

Customer service issued a partial refund without asking me first, then refused to refund the shipping fee, blaming a "partial cancellation" I never requested. Multiple emails went unanswered on the actual facts, and there's no phone support.

Worst customer service experience I've had in Switzerland. You can also file a complaint with the Swiss E-Commerce Ombudsman, the more complaints on record, the more likely something changes.

The books I ordered never arrived

The books I ordered never arrived, even though the tracking system marked them as delivered. I had to contact customer service to have the orders resent.

This happened twice in a row, which was very frustrating.

Awful service!

Awful service!! It is impossible to cancel the order because it is „in review“ and you get no information when you can receive your goods. It’s been around one month since I placed the order and nothing has happened till now. Also I can’t log in onto my account since they say there is an error in my account information. Password reset doesn’t work either. I have no idea what to do and how to return money. I think they are scammers. Don’t recommend! Awful experience!

Very bad experience!No message no email to tell you to pick up the order.You have to check on their website to know when the order will come. when you when to pick the order up it says, it is too late to pick up. They already send it back.
6 months after I still didn’t get the refund! Bestellung #459779

I made three orders from Nalda

I made three orders from Nalda. 1st - no problem. 2nd: 1 book in time, second was not shipped for two months, I was promised, that the book will arrive soon - no book in 4 months. I asked for a refund, 30 days passed- no money. 3rd order: 1 item delivered on time, 3 I have never seen, asked for a refund, waiting for a month already. Never again.

No response to any of my mails about…

No response to any of my mails about when I can expect delivery. It is now 3 weeks since my order from Nalda.ch was confirmed, I live in Switzerland so you would expect a relatively short delivery time within the same country, this is definitely not the case! I would never order from them again. Basically lost money!

Ordered and paid, yet no delivery!

I ordered something a couple of weeks ago from Nalda.ch and I have not received it and still no response from the company after following up. It still shows that it was supposed to be delivered last week but that it also hasn’t been shipped. They happily take your money and don’t deliver. Scam!!

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. I've been waiting for my order for 2 months now but still nothing has arrived. It says delivered on the website but in reality nothing arrived. No costumer service, no info about your tracking. The worst site you could ever choose to buy from. Please takey advice and find another site to purchase your goods, this is totally a scam.

Everything was perfect!

no confirmation email for order

i placed an order without opening an account. I have received no confirmation email. I have tried to send them a message but it keeps coming back to me with error? I think this is a scam company! really not happy as they have taken money out of my account . There is basically no customer service even when i try to open an account the site becomes jumpy and I can't do it
