This is a good hosting with a convenient and simple interface. For three months of using the server, the problems were only once at night for a couple of hours, most likely due to technical work. Overall I'm completely satisfied

I can honestly recommend Minecraft.eu hosting — great price for the quality they offer. Everything runs smoothly, the servers are stable, and I haven’t had any lag or technical issues. Support and overall service are also excellent. Honestly, there’s nothing to complain about — everything just works as it should.

I've used this provider several times for playing with friends. The server performance is stable. We ran into a minor issue when we wanted to play GregTech New Horizons — the pack wasn't listed, and we couldn't install it ourselves. Support handled the request and added the modpack to their catalog. I am satisfied with the service and will continue renting servers here.

The server took several hours to become accessible after purchase, which wasn't a great start. When I finally got in, the difference between what they advertise and what you actually get is hard to ignore.
Their pricing page says "ANY ENGINE & VERSION" and "104,000 MODPACKS & PLUGINS IN PANEL". When you open the modpacks section, you see 13. If you go through all the tabs in Modpack Sources, it's 28 total. To be fair, there is a search bar where you can probably find more modpacks if you know exactly what you're looking for, but it's not intuitive at all and the default view shows almost nothing. That's a pretty misleading way to advertise 104,000 modpacks.
The version selection was my main issue though. I needed Fabric Loader 0.19.2 for Minecraft 26.1. The panel automatically installs an outdated version of Fabric with no option to choose which one you want. When I raised this, their response was basically "you have SFTP access, just upload the files yourself." Which, sure, but that's not what "ANY ENGINE & VERSION" in the panel means. If I have to manually upload everything myself, what exactly am I paying the panel for?
I asked for a refund three times. Denied every time. First time they said the server is working so just use it. Second time I explained the version problem in detail. Third time I quoted their own pricing page and their ToS back at them, pointing out that the service doesn't match what was advertised. Their support team responded with this:
"Do we need to teach you how to read, or do you have any other requests? There will be no return of funds due to your personal carelessness."
That's a direct quote from their support.
I looked at reviews on different platforms before writing this. On some sites they look fine, on others the pattern of complaints is pretty consistent. Their responses to negative reviews are also worth reading separately, instead of engaging with what people actually wrote, they tend to accuse reviewers of being bots for completely absurd reasons.
If you need Minecraft hosting and want something that actually works the way it's described, look elsewhere. What they advertise and what you get are two different things, and when you point that out, they blame you for it.

Great hosting experience, super easy and reliable

The hosting service uses the user-friendly Pterodactyl control panel. The server’s Discord channel features chat rooms offering advice on various issues related to the server and hosting; the person providing advice there is not part of the technical support team, but does their utmost to help resolve customers’ problems. I must also mention the very low price compared to other hosting.
I have hosted my server on this hosting for a couple of seasons.

After some experience with other providers I must say that I am so pleased that Im writing a revier. It is so easy to set up a modpack on the server and cost/performance ratio is exceptional. Would recommend!

This is the best, low maintenance, competitively priced, reliable Minecraft server hosting I ever stumbled upon. Uptimes of upwards to 20 days without fail, with 18sec reboots if those even happen, great performance on even the cheapest plans and easy, accessible dashboard with everything you need, every server engine like spigot or paper already listed. Plugins are drag and drop and when you install or modify them, the server isn't affected at all until you restart which is a nice touch. I'm satisfied and happy I chose specifically this hosting.

Good hosting. Now I run a Minecraft server on it for myself and friends - it works well and stably.
I installed the server and mod pack quite quickly (there is an option to install mod packs from the hosting database itself)

Before that, I had experience hosting other servers on other services - in my opinion, this service easily copes with the competition
