It takes like 5h to install the server and then 5h to start it up. No support, their support page consists of 3 faq questions, I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

W tamtym czasie funkcjonował system kolejkowania instalacji w sytuacjach, gdy wszystkie serwery zostały wyprzedane.
Aby złożyć zamówienie, konieczne było zaznaczenie checkboxa z informacją: „Rozumiem i akceptuję, że w przypadku zwiększonego zainteresowania ofertą czas instalacji może się wydłużyć nawet do kilku dni.”
Problem polegał na tym, że wiele osób po prostu nie czytało tego, co akceptują – stąd pojawiały się podobne sytuacje.
Warto też zaznaczyć, że dostarczenie nowej puli serwerów nie zależało bezpośrednio od nas, a od centrów danych, w których dzierżawimy infrastrukturę.
Wyciągnęliśmy jednak wnioski i całkowicie przebudowaliśmy system zamawiania.
Obecnie proces wygląda inaczej: Klient może natychmiast aktywować darmowy serwer. Jeśli wszystko mu odpowiada, może przedłużyć jego działanie. Dzięki temu usługa jest dostępna od razu – bez oczekiwania.
Jeśli natomiast pula dostępnych serwerów zostanie wyczerpana, opcja aktywacji po prostu nie jest dostępna. Oczywiście robimy wszystko, by taka sytuacja nie miała miejsca, ale przy ogromnym zainteresowaniu naszą ofertą nie zawsze da się tego uniknąć.
No customer support and a giant server start waitlist …
I've been waiting for the server to start for 3 hours now. When I was trying to ask customer support sor help I realized it didnt exist, what they call "24/7 customer support is actually a couple frequently asked questions with no acces to actual people that would help
