My cases got lost in the mail and they didn’t notify me for 2 months. When I asked for a resent instead of refund it still hasn’t arrived. Very disappointing!

An absolute disaster.

I can't even comment on the quality of the products because they never arrived.

I placed a large order (7 or 8 products) over two months ago, and I still haven't received anything.

The first shipment spent almost a month going back and forth within the United States, even though it was supposed to be shipped to Indonesia. It never even left the country. Naturally, nobody from the team noticed, reached out, or kept an eye on the shipment. I had to be the one to contact them, send screenshots, and follow up myself.

Customer service is a disaster. They take two or three days to reply, and every response feels like it was generated by ChatGPT.

I requested that they resend my order because I genuinely wanted the products. I also politely asked if they could use a different shipping company—one that was actually reliable and faster. I work as a content creator, I receive packages from all over the world, and they usually arrive at my door in less than a week. I know for a fact that there are excellent international shipping companies available. I even offered to pay the price difference myself.

They told me it wasn't possible because they only work with one shipping company.

They shipped the order again... and exactly the same thing happened. Another month of the package going in circles within the US. Once again, nobody noticed or followed up. I had to monitor everything myself, check the tracking, send emails, and keep chasing the issue.

In the end, they offered me a refund. They couldn't even make an exception for a customer who genuinely wanted the products and had spent money on a large order. They never considered sending it through a private courier or using a faster shipping method. They simply didn't care.

An absolute disaster. I'm extremely disappointed. Such a shame.

But this was expected. The case is lovely

I ordered 2 different air max cases both appeared when I searched and filtered by “glitter.” I read everything on each products page.

Description for both:

On the product page it lists:
“30 Day Returns
30-day return policy to make sure you're
100% happy with your purchase.”

I left a review with 1 star on each item. I was supposedly the first one to leave a review. After submitting and seeing my published review, they reached out to resolve the issue. I requested a refund and a prepaid shipping label due to the quality of the products and the false advertising and misleading pictures.

They replied with:

After reviewing the photos you provided, we can confirm that the case you received does not appear to be faulty. We completely understand your disappointment, especially if you were expecting the design to have real glitter or a sparkling finish.
Our product listings state that the cases are not textured, which means the artwork, including glitter or sparkle effects, is printed onto the case rather than using actual glitter, raised elements, or a glossy textured finish. The shimmering appearance shown in the product images is part of the printed design and is intended to replicate the look of glitter rather than contain real glitter.
We sincerely apologize if this was not as clear as expected and for any frustration this has caused.
Regarding your request for a prepaid return label, we're sorry, but as outlined in our return policy, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns, as the item received is not faulty.

I went back to the site and reread the description which is what I posted above. From the description above, it clearly does not state any of what they claim regarding glitter, sparkle, texture, etc.

I also noticed both of my 1 star reviews have been removed.

Companies like this infuriate me because they take advantage of people and that’s not right. I attempted to file a complaint with the better business bureau but their company isn’t listed as of today. I completed an online form requesting their business be added.

I’m really happy with my order from Blunt Cases! The quality of the cases is honestly so good and everything looks exactly as expected. At first I was a bit worried about the delivery and how long it would take, but in the end my package arrived even sooner than expected, which was such a nice surprise. Everything was packed well and the cute stickers inside the package were such a lovely touch 🥹 Overall, a really great experience and I would definitely order again!

The case does not look anything like pictured! I ordered the harvest dreamscape case as it quite clearly in the ad looks textured and super cool with a bit more character. For it to take over two weeks to arrive and to find out it is just a cheap printed case of average quality was very disappointing. And the charges to ship back? + my time it would take to do so is not reasonable. Absolutely not worth the money

I ordered cases from blunt and the shipping to Germany was very long. The quality is okay but I can print this case by myself for 10€. I wanted to send them back and I had to pay for shipping-> 30€!!! On their website you don’t read that you have to pay for that! So if I did that I would get back 40€ from 90€ and didn’t have any cases. Such a scam. Get yourself a picture from Pinterest and go to the next store:

I feel deeply disappointed and betrayed by BluntCases.com. After dedicating my time, energy, and personal money to promote their brand and successfully drive significant sales, I was shocked to see them suddenly terminate my affiliate account and cancel all the commissions they rightfully owed me — just when the payout amount became substantial.

This is not just poor business practice; this is deception and a betrayal of trust. They lure affiliates in, benefit from their hard work, and when it’s time to pay up, they cut you off without warning or explanation.

I want to warn others: be very careful before partnering or trusting BluntCases.com. A company that grows by exploiting and cheating its partners is a company you cannot trust. I hope they change their ways, but until then, I cannot recommend working with or supporting them.
