A clean-room astronomical engine and Vedic computation library, built in Rust for the agentic AI era. Live in the browser via WebAssembly, with a 17-tool MCP server for agents.
How we built it.
A computational substrate for the agentic age.
As AI agents become the primary interface for knowledge work, they need tools that speak their language: structured data, deterministic output, type-safe interfaces.
Not adapted. Not wrapped. Built.
We started from the primary sources: the original JPL ephemeris documentation, the IAU precession models, and the classical Vedic texts (Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra, Saravali, Phaladeepika, Jaimini Sutras). Every calculation was implemented from scratch in Rust with no legacy dependencies, across nine crates with one responsibility each.
Agents are the primary consumer, so the shapes follow. Every chart computation produces a property graph rather than flat data, every error carries a self-correction hint, and the MCP server exposes 17 typed JSON-RPC tools an agent can discover and invoke on its own.
Nine crates. One responsibility each.
Nine independent Rust crates, each with a single responsibility. Consumers pull only what they need, from raw ephemeris math up to the full MCP server. Seven are published to crates.io.
Built for precision and longevity.
What we shipped.
