Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
ArthIQ Labs LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates arthiq.net (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information. arthiq.net is a studio marketing site; data collection is intentionally minimal.
2. Information We Collect
Contact form submissions: your name, your email address, and a free-text message. The form includes a hidden honeypot field used for spam detection only, which is never treated as personal data.
Server and edge metadata: standard request data (IP address, user-agent, timestamp, path) handled by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, for routing, abuse detection, and operational logs. When you submit the contact form, your IP address is also held briefly in server memory to enforce a submission rate limit; it is not written to a database and does not survive the server process. We do not run our own analytics on this data.

No third-party analytics or trackers are loaded by default as of the Effective Date. If we add analytics in the future, this policy and the Cookies Policy will be updated before rollout.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to respond to inbound inquiries, route them appropriately, follow up, and retain a record of correspondence. Contact form submissions are delivered by our email provider, Resend, to our Google Workspace inbox at info@arthiq.net, with your email address set as the reply-to address so that we can respond to you directly.
4. Legal Bases (GDPR / UK GDPR)
We process information based on legitimate interest (responding to inbound business inquiries) and consent (you submit the form voluntarily).
5. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information. Limited disclosure occurs to three processors: Cloudflare, for hosting, DNS, and edge logs; Resend, for delivering contact form submissions to us; and Google (Workspace), which hosts the inbox those submissions arrive in. Each processor operates under its own privacy policy and data processing agreement. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect legal rights.
6. Data Retention
Inquiry emails are retained in our inbox for the duration of the business relationship plus seven years for tax and legal record-keeping. Honeypot-flagged spam is discarded immediately. Server and edge logs are retained per Cloudflare’s defaults, and email delivery logs per Resend’s defaults, in each case no longer than necessary for operational and abuse-detection purposes.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, or others), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, object to, or withdraw consent for the processing of your personal data. Email info@arthiq.net to exercise these rights. We respond within thirty (30) days.
8. Cookies and Tracking

Cookies Policy. arthiq.net uses no third-party tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, and no fingerprinting.
9. Security
We employ a strict Content Security Policy (nonce + strict-dynamic), HTTPS-only delivery, no client-side storage of submission data, and no analytics SDKs. No security system is impenetrable; transmission is at your own risk.
10. Third-Party Links
The Site links to ArthIQ products (janampatri.net, vedaksha.net, kundalimcp.com, kundali.live) and to social channels. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data.
12. International Transfers
Personal data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards apply for EEA/UK transfers via our processors.
13. Changes to This Policy
Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for at least 30 days; the “Effective Date” will be updated accordingly.
14. Governing Law / Dispute Resolution
Disputes are governed by the dispute-resolution provisions in the
Terms of Use, including binding arbitration in Lake County, Illinois.
