Who we serve
ZelNum is built for teams that need to check contact and account data before it is used in production workflows. Common users include CRM operators, data quality and list hygiene teams, fraud and risk teams, compliance reviewers, data vendors, lead generation teams, and developers building validation into products.
The platform is designed for business data quality, list hygiene, operational review, and authorized verification workflows. Customers must have a lawful basis and any consent required to process the data they submit.

What ZelNum does not do
ZelNum returns verification and data quality signals. It does not prove a person's identity, replace KYC or AML checks, provide legal advice, or authorize messaging without consent.
ZelNum is not an official product of WhatsApp, Telegram, Apple, Amazon, Microsoft, Binance, or other third-party platforms mentioned on product pages. Customers should follow applicable laws, contracts, and platform policies.
Important limitations of the ZelNum service
Every ZelNum lookup answers one question: is this identifier registered on the platform you selected? The service never contacts the number or the person behind it.
- ZelNum sends no messages of any kind. It cannot deliver an SMS, open a chat, or start any outreach to the numbers you check.
- ZelNum reads no private account content. We do not open private messages, contact lists, or profile data inside WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other messaging or social account.
- ZelNum only returns a registration signal. A result states whether a number appears to be registered on a platform, together with supporting data-quality fields such as carrier, country, and line type. It is not a message, not a conversation, and not a way to reach a person.
- ZelNum is a data-quality tool, not an outreach tool. It is built for CRM cleaning, list hygiene, and fraud or risk review, and must not be used for unsolicited outreach, spam, harassment, or bulk cold messaging.
