Questions about paying

What counts as an event?
Every pageview and every custom event (including revenue events) counts once against your monthly allowance. Bot and AI-crawler hits are tracked separately and don't eat into it.
What happens if I go over my plan's events?
Nothing breaks while your trial or subscription is active. Events keep being recorded past the monthly allowance, and your dashboard shows a banner suggesting the next tier up. Event collection pauses when access ends; grace keeps your existing dashboard data available.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 14-day trial needs an email address only, and it comes with the 10K events/month allowance. You can choose a paid plan during or after the trial.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Event collection pauses, while your dashboard and existing data stay available for 7 days. Previously paying customers have 30 days of grace after their paid period ends. Subscribe in that window and your data, XP, levels, streaks, and achievements remain intact.
Can I change plans or tiers later?
Any time, in both directions. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately and Stripe prorates the difference automatically — you're charged or credited the balance, no support ticket needed.
How do I cancel?
One click in Settings → Billing, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Your plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for, and previously-paying customers keep their data for 30 days after that.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yearly pricing varies by plan and traffic tier. Select yearly to see the annual total and any savings against 12 monthly payments.
