A fair warning!
In November 2025, I discovered this prop firm, and was happy about their 250k account sizes, and up to 500k (or 2x250k under management). So I've purchased a bunch of evaluations, and was trading them aggressively but within the defined risk parameters. Finally passed an eval after spending roughly 20k usd. I was mostly trading silver and it was extremely volatile at this time, so even low margin allocation caused violent results, with % moves never seen historically. As I passed my evaluation, they issued me a warning that my trading style is too risky, but gave me a funded account finally. Now worth mentioning is a the trader contract I had to sign, here's an interesting clause from it:
5.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement without cause on providing four (4) days' written
notice to the other party, (and the other party will not be entitled to compensation or any other
payment other than payments it was entitled to before the termination date).
!!! can terminate without cause !!!
Anyway, I traded for a week, made around 5k profit and requested a payout. Then days passed, nothing from them. I sent an inquiry, they said I've been flagged for risk review. During this week I did not break any of the rules as per contract/FAQ.
While I am waiting, I pass another 250k evaluation.
Finally after multiple follow ups, they responded telling me my trading style is too risky, and then this:
As a result, the account has been closed, and you will no longer be eligible to trade with Funded Trading Plus.
As a gesture of goodwill, and subject to the execution of a settlement agreement, we are prepared to offer a partial settlement equivalent to 50% of your eligible withdrawal amount, in full and final resolution of the matter No further withdrawals, accounts, or alternative arrangements will be available.
Now remember, I just passed another evaluation that's not been activated into a funded account.
I responded with this:
Over the last three months, I have spent approximately USD 25,000 on evaluations with your firm. During this period, I have also demonstrated compliant trading behavior across other accounts, including Account X, which has now successfully passed Phase 2 under controlled drawdowns and disciplined risk parameters.
Given this broader history, I respectfully request the following:
- Release of the eligible withdrawal in full, and
- Refund of the passed X evaluation, in line with standard program terms.
This would allow both parties to conclude the matter cleanly and efficiently, without further correspondence or escalation, and reflects a proportional outcome relative to my overall capital commitment to the program. (I didn't argue with them, yes my trading style is risky, but this is a simulated environment, 100% b book, so it's not like they make losses when I do, so it's all pure bs, but regardless, I accept their decision but please just be fair)
Their response:
While you are correct that no formal rule breach was applied on certain prior accounts, the specific evaluation accounts that were subsequently upgraded were explicitly flagged by our Risk team for excessive risk usage at the point of evaluation pass.
For clarity, the decision was not based on margin usage thresholds or the absence of a single technical rule breach, but on risk concentration, stacked exposure, and cumulative downside risk, which fall within our discretionary excessive-risk framework and apply at the trader and account level, not on an account-by-account comparison basis.
As such, the account closure and restriction from further participation with Funded Trading Plus remain final.
As previously stated, we remain prepared to offer a goodwill settlement equivalent to 50% of the eligible withdrawal amount, subject to execution of a settlement agreement, in full and final resolution of the matter. We are not able to offer a full withdrawal, refund of the passed evaluation, or any form of continued or conditional trading access.
Please confirm whether you wish to proceed on this basis. Upon confirmation, a settlement agreement will be issued for your review and signature. If the offer is not accepted, it will be considered declined and no further correspondence will be entered into on this matter.
So, in summary, I spent a large sum of money, time and energy on evals. My accounts have been closed and I have been banned on reaching first payout, got only 50% of what I was entitled to, and my second passed evaluation was not refunded.
Keep all this in mind and don't ignore the other reviews that are similar before buying a very expensive evaluation from them.
P.S. Bullshit. There was exactly 1 warning given after passing 1-st eval and then ban, no discussion. I am trading just fine with other prop firms thanks for your opinion.
