Worst customer service

Worst customer service ever.
After a month of no service, i initiated the transfer to a new operator. After couple of calls, they agreed quite quickly to cancel the notice period without fees, so far so good. When i say agreed, one guy wrote it somewhere on the dossier as a note. As a result, the 10 calls i had after that i had to re-explain the whole story every time, each time they got the wrong contract end date, they put all the blame on the new operator constantly. I spent my time calling Yallo blaming the new one and calling the new one blaming Yallo for not responding to their requests or confirming the wrong transfer date. It took me 6 weeks and probably 18 calls between the both of them.
And still towards the end they kept asking if we wanted a better price, an upgrade in the subscription, if we contacted their IT to ask for a new sim card even though i had request the cancellation for weeks already…after all of this i received yesterday a mail through the post telling me i got an upgrade in my subscription. Absolute joke.

Time to renew the fleet…

We just flew from Mauritius back to Paris on a boeing 777 and I didn’t know they still run those old planes. Old seats, crappy small screens with these outdated
wired remotes…food was average…please renew your fleet.

Tshirts are really fun and great!

Tshirts are really fun and great, I bought 2 proper ones like the "send noods" and another one, and a pack of 3 logo ones, really like them. I woudn't mind paying a tiny bit more to maybe increase a little the fabric quality and get something more premium even though it's good already.
Great purchase, was shipped in 24h, really like it!

Hey! Thanks so much for your order :) The reason we go with a lighter tee is we find heavier ones can be a little too much in the summer and as an avid gig-goer, they can be too hot in a crowd of people! haha! They wash super well though and you'll be surprised how well the black tees stay black! - Jack

Review of Voyage Prive

One star because I can’t put ZERO.

One star because I can’t put ZERO.

I placed 2 orders to maisonsdumonde, in Switzerland.

First, a kitchen cupboard. It arrived defective, couldn’t build it. I called, turns out as a coincidence that they dont sell it anymore, couldn’t replace it so had to be returned. Called 6 times to get someone, they confirmed the return. After a month, called again, forwarder didnt do anything, i called them myself to organize the pick up. And again had to call to get my refund.

Second, a bed, bedspring, coffee table. Got the last 2 and waited for bed for 6 weeks. 6 days after expected delivery date, i call, they tell me their quality service (presumably the same that didnt see the defects on my cupboard) cancelled my order, nobody had informed me. New order can be placed, but need to wait for another 2 months...meanwhile im sleeping on the floor.

This company is a scam, never EVER buy anything from them.

Review of Tripsta

Wrong return date confirmed!

I just made a reservation for the Xmas period to fly from Brussels to Krakow. Found the Tripsta offer via Skyscanner which I regularly use.
I did the booking at a very good price and all went great.
I received the confirmation by email, the e-ticket email, and the payment receipt email, at which point I realized my return flight was booked on the 30th of March instead of December 29th!
I specifically took the time to compare Tripsta flights to the ones listed on the respective Airlines website to make sure they were legit and there was nothing wrong, hence why I cannot understand how this could happen.
I just filled a request form on Tripsta website and hope to hear back soon. I hope their support will help turning this 1 star review into something better, and that I can make it back from Krakow in time.

Dear ArnaudT,

We are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied.

We would like to inform you that after checking historical records of your booking steps, we noticed that you processed with two different booking sessions on two different web pages. On the tripsta.com you indeed performed search for the flight, departing on December 29th and at tripsta.fr for the flight with the return on March 30th.

Finally, you completed the booking through tripsta.fr with the return flight on March.

Please note that all bookings are issued automatically with the flight details that the user selects during the booking process. One of our representatives will send you an email with the detailed explanation and will provide with the copy of the historical records.
