Truly pathetic company.
They take money for items when they don’t have them in stock and they know that they are unable to source them.
Then they won’t refund you for 4 weeks minimum.
You will follow up with them numerous times with no response on call or message.
I wouldn’t recommend them for anything. Unless you want your time and money wasted.
Also, I doubt the authenticity of the 5 star reviews which have recently started flooding in. Check un-prompted reviews - which are mainly 1 star.
Update: The customer services called me to ask if I can remove my review as they will refund the money. Again, as I said the company is truly unprofessional.

Fraudulent company! IF any items even arrive after two months you will be highly disappointed by the cheap quality. Getting a refund after returning the product is impossible as they change their returns policy on a daily basis. The pictures are made using AI so it’s not a real reflection of their products.
Additionally they change their policies as the days go on. They’re keen to not refund their clients even after returning their cheap and low quality items. I wish I had read their reviews here before ordering. Please beware!

Emma coached me from around 152lbs to 116lbs with her fasting methods and encouragement. She is motivating, empathetic but won’t allow you to fool yourself into being idle.
I had a terrible relationship with food before working with Emma and I’d constantly binge and starve. I used to over exercise too. Now my meals are balanced, filling and moderate. I don’t miss out on birthday and special occasion meals and I remain a slim UK size 4-6. I highly recommend Emma to anyone who needs a lasting lifestyle change!

Review of Parcelforce Worldwide
On Friday the 20th of March parcelforce collected my parcel which was to be delivered at Norsk delivery depot within 48hrs so that Norsk could forward the parcel with (external reference) to Singapore.
On Monday I realised the tracking had stopped updating at the London North west depot and I have called at least 12 times since then. The lady from the collections couldn't give me a straight answer and is now claiming that the parcel is in transit to Singapore. She doesn't have any additional tracking numbers to the one I have given above so there is no assurance of that statement. I then asked to speak to the manager and was told by a very rude call agent from collections named Roop that he would call me back when he was free.
I don't understand how parcelforce could lose a parcel going from London to another place in London! It is incredibly frustrating to deal with them. I have sent about twenty parcels with them and I have experienced an issue of some sort at least 6 times.
The parcel was sent in a brown box. It had an red or white envelope attached and then it had Customs written across it. And it had a large label stuck on the front of it. Abigail from collections was the main person dealing with this. She also asked me to call the international team. What I want to know is firstly where is my parcel?! What is the international EE number, if any ? And why it was even sent internationally in the first place when the label clearly said Norsk in London.
