Kith and Kin Reviews 

Very disappointed on how the book was shipped to me. It was shipped in a small sleeve, like box that the book slid into. By being shipped in such a small package the books corners and front cover are dented. This is a 50th birthday gift for my husband and after reading reviews I was hoping for better. The book was $200 and it came looking used. Very disappointing.

After the company saw my review. They reached out to me the next day and sent me out a new book that was not damaged!
The book was beautiful. My issue was with how it got shipped to me.

Original review: The book is beautiful, unfortunately the corner got banged in shipping. While it isn't super noticeable it would have been nice to receive it without any damage. You can see the box got rammed into something in shipping and it squashed the corner. Better shipping materials should be used.

The customer service was EXCELLENT! Brittany was fantastic and helped with a couple of things that I was struggling with during the process.
It'd be great if there was a way to rotate photos on the page a little easier.

The book turned out really well but it was pricey. And hard to format the cover. It took awhile to load and they did not send reminder emails to people who signed up.

Anytime myself or a contributor to the book had a question it was answered promptly and professionally.

Mom’s 90th Birthday Celebration Book. My mother turned 90 on 12/31/2025. I’d participated in a friend’s Kith and Kin book, so my brother and I decided it would be a wonderful tribute to help her see how much she is loved. She was blown away! She has emailed us to say what a blessing the book is and how much fun she has had reading and rereading it!

The book is high quality and submissions are easy to do. We received the book two days earlier than the committed date which was terrific since we were traveling for the holiday.

The ordering system was a little glitchy but Brittany responded incredibly fast and resolved my issue.

Highly recommend this as a meaningful gift!
