I am launching a new skincare brand and was having a difficult time finding a company I was comfortable with for my packaging. I decided to go with Half Price packaging and I am so glad that I did! Working with Amie was so easy and stress free. Once I got my design files together she walked me through each step. The order was placed, they arrived on time, actually a little earlier, and the boxes and labels are fantastic! quality is great, I am so excited to launch. I will be using them again. I would not recommend Half Price Packaging based on my HORRIBLE experience.

On May 19, 2026, I began working with Ryan Fleming regarding a custom discovery box project for my business. During our initial conversations, Ryan specifically asked if I had a deadline. I clearly stated that I needed the boxes completed and in hand by mid-June 2026 for an upcoming product launch. Ryan acknowledged that deadline.

Before moving forward, I repeatedly requested mockups and proofs. The images I received were difficult to review, but after continued communication, I agreed to proceed. Ryan advised that a physical sample bottle was needed to create a custom insert for the box. I mailed the sample bottle, and it was delivered to the company on June 1, 2026.

On June 1, 2026, I also paid Half Price Packaging $394.64. At that point, the company had my payment, artwork, project specifications, and the sample bottle they requested.

After the sample was delivered, I was informed that it still needed to be forwarded to their production team before work could continue. As the deadline approached, I repeatedly requested updates, timelines, and confirmation that the project was on track. Instead, I received delays, shifting explanations, and requests for additional discussions.

By the time my launch date arrived, I still had no boxes, no shipping confirmation, and no completed project.

I then requested a full refund. Rather than receiving a straightforward refund, I continued receiving HARASSING requests from Ryan Fleming to discuss the matter further by phone. I repeatedly requested that all communication remain in writing and made it clear that I no longer wished to proceed with the project. At that point, I simply wanted a full refund for a project that was not delivered within the agreed timeline.

Because I was unable to obtain a satisfactory resolution, I involved my bank. Even after my bank began communicating with the company, I still did not receive a full resolution.

As of June 16, 2026, I have not received the boxes I paid for, and I have not received the full refund I requested. As a business owner of 19 years, this has been one of the most frustrating vendor experiences I have encountered.

I paid $394.64, provided everything requested, and still did not receive the completed project to this day 6/16/2026.

Based on my experience, I would not do business with Half Price Packaging EVER EVER again!!

UPDATE (June 18, 2026):
Following my original review, Ryan Fleming contacted me after being notified of my reviews by one of his team members.

During subsequent communications, Ryan provided documentation showing that a 75% refund ($295.98) had been processed. However, this was not the resolution I requested. I repeatedly requested a full refund of the $394.64 I paid because the project was not completed, the boxes were never delivered, and I no longer wished to do business with Half Price Packaging.

I would also note that throughout these communications, Ryan repeatedly requested that I remove my reviews. I found this notable because I had already stated in writing that I did not intend to remove my reviews, as they reflect my personal experience and the documented timeline of events.

My review is based on my personal experience and supported by emails, invoices, screenshots, tracking information, and written communications that I retained throughout this project. Nothing in my review has been fabricated. It reflects my experience as a paying customer and the events as they occurred.

While I acknowledge that a 75% refund was processed, I did not receive the full refund I requested. This update does not change my experience regarding the missed deadline, communication issues, the repeated requests to remove my reviews, or the fact that the project was never completed.

As previously stated in my written communications, I do not intend to remove my reviews. They reflect my personal experience with this project and remain an accurate account of that experience.

As I stated in my original review, I do not recommend Half Price Packaging based on my personal experience with this project.

Final update! June 24, 2026 - The remaining balance was refunded to me. The fact still remains that I would NOT recommend this company based on my own documented experience. My 1 star review still remains the same and it's sad that I was only able to get this level of attention AFTER I wrote these reviews! This matter is now closed from my perspective and I do not wish to engage in any other communication with this company PERIOD!

What a great experience! As a small business they really took care of me and helped me throughout the process of creating a new package for my skincare brand. The results were beyond my expectations and customer service I can't say enough.

Kevin Hall is the best person you can ask to work with on a project. He is incredibly knowledgeable and goes out of his way to ensure the best experience possible. I am continually blown away by his effort and kindness. Truly the best man you want assisting you with a project.
