Occasionally I am unable to have my dog's food delivered in the hot summer when I am away at the hospital getting cancer treatments. I don't have to worry because they will deliver it a day after or before. WFR is very caring! And my dog Bella loves them too. She is such a picky eater. This is the longest I've stayed at WFR because Bella still loves the meat!

My dog loves the food. I originally switched to raw and tried brands you could buy in the supermarket. I did not like them for my dog. We feed raw is so much better. You can slow down orders if you need to. The food is always frozen when received. My only wish would be for it to be a little cheaper. I know costs are high all over right now. I will always figure out a way to feed my dog the best food possible. Thank you for starting we feed raw.

Can’t say enough good things about WFR’s customer service. They have been responsive and understanding of our dog’s needs. Their product is of high quality and we always receive it freezing cold even when it’s hot outside!

We Feed Raw has been great for our toy Aussie! She's very excited at mealtimes, and we've not had any tummy issues.
The new packaging with the peel-off top is a good attempt, but there's always one side that doesn't want to peel well, so it's messier than just using a knife to cut the top off.

My dogs both love We feed raw but it is very expensive. I cannot afford it.

When we first began I was extremely pleased with the product and presentation. The thawing dish was a nice bonus. My dog loves the food.

The last two deliveries I received have been partially thawed. Not sure this is good for the product. Also, don't know if they were originally frozen this way - but they are not nice brick shapes but lopsided in the packages which also makes me wonder if they were thawed mid trip. The boxes have also arrived severely smashed.

Enjoy your product but if it continues to arrive like this I may need to source other safer options for my dog.

My dog Bella absolutely loves this food. Customer service is outstanding - they respond very quickly to all questions either by email or phone. They missed a star only because of the packaging. I’ve never had issues until they started a new way of packaging as well as a new shipper. The packaging in my last two shipments had leaks as the food defrosted - not just water as it defrosted, but blood from the raw food. Kinda messy in the fridge, but I got over it and just made sure to place something underneath the food as it thawed. Customer service advised that the food is safe and not exposed to the environment, but the extremely cold temperatures created by the dry ice during shipping along with the movement during transit may occasionally cause the plastic to become brittle and create tears.

At first to me it sounded like toro caca (LOL), but I guess it can and has happened. Plus Bella hasn’t been sick. In fact, she’s crazier than ever. I think that maybe they should go back to their old way of packaging the raw food. Anyway that’s my long story and thanks for reading if you made it this far.

The quality is superb, choices are great for our pups. We love that We Feed Raw is always looking at new ways to improve the products with new offerings or ingredients. The new shipping model kind of puts us in a pickle vs how it used to be but we find ways to work around it in regards to running out and how we supplement that. Overall very happy and will continue to use without hesitation

The food actually showed up still frozen not like last time it was thawed and room temperature, I wouldn't feed it to my dog! I threw it away, much better this time

Our dog, Duke, was in a difficult place 2 years ago. We couldn’t find brick-and-mortar store bought food that didn’t exacerbate his allergies; his allergy pills lowered his white blood cell count below acceptable levels; and he developed pancreatitis from the fat content of his food.
We Feed Raw solved all of these issues, overnight. Duke now finishes his meals in moments, instead of the disinterest shown to his old kibble. He is so much better off with his new diet, and I am so thankful for the convenience that We Feed Raw offers.

WFR if you can swing it, is an excellent food. I switched to another brand to save a few bucks and although raw, it had way too much bone content and other additives/binders. My dog was very allergic and even developed an ear hematoma. Its been a nightmare. Never will I stray again. This food is limited ingredients and so clean. My 11 yr old pit is thriving. Customer service is so awesome as well.

My dogs absolutely love this food. They are very fussy. The lamb and beef are their favorite.

one of the best switches i have made when it comes to dog food. i wish i knew about wefeedraw years ago, it probably would of helped my precious dogs at living a longer life. highly recommend it!

My 3-month-old toy poodle absolutely loved We Feed Raw. I mixed the raw food with his usual kibble that I had ground up, and he inhaled it. I also gave him some We Feed Raw by itself, and he loved that too. What made me really happy was that after eating it, he went back on his own and kept eating his regular kibble like a champ.

It really opened up his appetite, which made me feel like I was giving him something fresh, high-quality, and nourishing. I loved seeing him enjoy his food so much. Great quality, great experience, and my puppy clearly approves!

My 2yr old dachshund is doing great on this food. She is on her first week and is transitioning well. In fact she eats her food better than what I was feeding her before.

Finding We Feed Raw has honestly been such a blessing for Rogers and me.

We feed raw is great nutrition for my dog. She loves it. The We Feed Raw team is very responsive to email if you have a question or concern. I have really enjoyed working with this company.

I have a very picky Yorkie and struggle to get her to eat anything. I was getting 16 oz pkgs and would end up giving it to my chickens because she wouldn't eat all of it. They changed my order to 6 oz pkgs. I do have a request, how about providing sample packs to find out what type of meat she would eat, like rabbit and duck or bison. Thank you so much. Oh, BTW our last order was cold not frozen. I know you changed over to a new facility.

Customer service is excellent and the product is great! I’d change the packaging though. It is increasingly difficult to open it and portion out when you’re in a hurry especially for working moms in the morning! The old packaging was better. More surface area to work with!
