Got the black subscription and bought a mystery box. Spent like 130 dollars total. Got an Invicta and a cheap looking wallet. Could buy the watch on what not for 15$ and the wallet off temu for 5$. Its all rip off making you think you got a good deal from super inflated msrp’s while they advertise actually good watches as being in the subscriptions that you wont get. Dont buy the scam.

Signed up with the highest tier membership and right off the bat was impressed with the RGMT they sent. The next 3 watches were extremely underwhelming. The TSOVET JMT-DW42 GE II I was willing to keep an open mind with but it didn't seem to match the tier I was paying for when I saw several reviews of people that got the same watch in the lower tiers. Then came the Daniel Kline DK.1.14058-1 that wasn't even worth the monthly sub I was paying for. I didn't care if I didnt get super expensive watches, but watches worth less than what I was paying? No thank you. Then came this junk from Asia Mechanical Watches Group. I group that doesn't even have a functioning website to get some semblance of what the hell I would be wearing. Couldn't get any information on it. I am not a watch expert nor am I a rookie. I have 3 Rolexes and 2 Breitlings. I was hoping to get a little more diversity from this group but after the first watch, wildly underwhelming especially with 2 coming from expensive wheel spins.

My first month the watch was great. I tried the mystery Gummy Wheel, but my order was canceled and I was annoyed. The response time for customer service was between 36-48 hours. I upgraded to the Platinum and the watched I received was not of the quality I would expect. The customer support was nice enough to credit me back after sending the watch back. I tried the deal wheel this time and I waited for the delivery time frame to end and once it had, I needed to reach out to support again and only after that did it ship. I was happy with the quality of the watch received and then when I just received my June subscription I was happy with the quality and delivery time frame. It really comes down to the luck of the draw, I wish I could continue my subscription but I believe this will be the last month for me.

Outstanding Company and brilliant marketing strategies! 9 watches so far and each of them has been promptly delivered and exactly as promised. Tremendous value and some real deals! Excellent way to round out your watch collection with quality pieces.

Ive had a few issues with delivery and damages. With that said watch gang’s customer service has been outstanding! The issues have been resolved and I’m very satisfied with their responses. The watches have exceeded my expectations almost every time! Thanks all

Well I got a watch that so called was worth $895 dollars but I got a deal for $450. When I receive the watch it wasn't what expected. The watch band was low quality and a snap clip. I feels like it's going to fall off your wrist and hit the ground. I attempted to return it but there is no returns. I mean no returns I wish I was informed about this before I bought the watch now I am stuck with a watch I don't like.

Tried the watch spin disappointed overall with the results in the fake msrp's they place in these product I won't return, actually would like a refund as they selling this under false msrp's.

Trash tier watches

I purchased what I thought was a Movado watch. After purchasing many Movado watches, upon receiving it I could tell it was a fake immediately. I attempted to return it but was told I couldn't do a return because it wasn't defective or damaged. I paid top dollar for a fake and now the watch is dead and not working. I would stay away from this company at all costs! I contacted them via email and was told that since the watch wasn't damaged, they wouldn't allow me to return it. I explained that it was nothing like what was pictured and that it was a fake. They told me "be assured we only sell originals." That was a lie because I took it to my jeweler to verify, The watch isn't working at all now and it appears that it's not the battery. I spent over 400.00 and it's a piece of garbage.

I like it very new to it and it’s okay I mean the wheel spins are not it got 2 totaling at 245-250 the watchs I got are a little cheaper but they are different and only one watch has come but still very cool got my first box today and it was nice didn’t like how small it is though kind of which you could make preferences on size and type but still great watch’s so far hope for more soon

I had a slight hiccup with the shipping but other than that… I LOVE THE WATCH! It looks good and fits even better. I have no issues wearing this to a Gala or Church. I’m VERY happy!

I was not expecting much but Watch Gang is the real deal. I have the Black subscription and have been very impressed and happy with the watches I have received. I have recommended Watch Gang to several people I know who are into watches.

Very disappointed with my experience. I ordered a Hamilton Ventura Automatic Silver Dial watch on June 4 and received a FedEx tracking number immediately, but the tracking has remained stuck on "Label Created" with no movement or updates to by 10th june . The order status still shows "Pending," and despite contacting customer support, I was informed that it may take upto 14 Buisness days for the watch before fedex would recieve the package, which was not clear when i made the order, this does not include the fedex delivery time and was looking like i wouldt receive my order until after my wedding, so timing and clear information was important. The lack of communication and transparency regarding the order status has been frustrating and stressful, plus all orders are final sale once you place the order so you dont have any recourse of you change your mind or are in this situation.
Customers should not have to chase basic shipping information after waiting this long. I have now been informed (june 17th) that my watch has been shipped and is on its way. Based on my experience, I would be hesitant to order from Watch Gang again.

Heard about the Watch Gang spinwheel watching YouTube vids and was intrigued so gave it a go total coast $141 was exited to land on a level 3 win Stuhrling Depth Master 883 showing value of $1900. I visited Stuhrlings website and they are listing the same watch for $315. I mean hey, I’m not complaining I’m actually happy to have won a decent watch and I believe it’s worth my $141 I plan to spin again in the future. My biggest concern is the time it’s taking to ship my watch? It’s been stuck in label created for several days and after reading other reviews about extremely long shipping waits makes me second guess whether or not I’ll continue as a customer hopefully it ships soon.

First time I brought a watch from this company 3 days ago. I received it today, did not like and was going to return. This company does not do any returns. What!!! Garage treatment to customers. I can't tell online if I will 100% like something. Most things I keep. I am so upset, I could have used Jomashop or Amazon which had the same watch but instead, to save a few buck I tried WatchGang. Advice, go with Jomashop instead. Vendors and buyers beware!

I have been searching for this watch in black for quite some time, and it has consistently been unavailable. I finally found one—literally the only one—at WATCHGANG. I purchased it on Memorial Day and received a FedEx tracking number the next day, the 26th. However, the status never moved from “Label Created” to “We Have Your Package.” Because I’m temporarily leaving this address soon, I was concerned about receiving the watch before my departure on the 10th. In my experience, watch purchases typically ship the next day, so I reached out to member support and spoke with Raymund, who escalated my concern to Christian, the manager of the Member Experience Department. Christian replied almost immediately, telling me:
“This case is my top priority and I'm trying to get things solved for you as quickly as possible. Currently, I'm chasing down the package to see where it's stuck and what can be done so you have it by the 10th.”

Later that day, the FedEx status changed to “In Transit,” with a delivery date of the 6th. Even though I had already verified the status update myself, Christian followed up the next day to notify me that the package was in transit with delivery scheduled for the 6th. Seldom have I seen such positive customer support. He apologized for the delay and even offered credit for the inconvenience. These things happen, and WATCHGANG handled it exceptionally well. I’m delighted to be receiving my watch on the 6th—four days before my departure. I’m a happy camper. They understood the time sensitivity and acted on it immediately.

Recieved as a presant and I am well happy with this great quality watch. Keep very good time. Cant be happier. Highly recomended.

Ive had great luck, especially on the Wheel. I went from having "A" nice watch, to now having a great daily rotation of watches for every event, outfit or mood. I would recommend Watch Gang to anyone who wants to expand their knowledge, taste and punctuality.
