Poor customer service, one reference number for 2 parcels. One has been stole during the delivery and not one is helping me to resolve this issue made from them. Ah i bought the shipping insurance too and nothing is changed

The purchasing and speed of delivery were fine, but...

1) you only sent me 1 tracking number despite two shipments, so I had no idea to expect one package days before the other;

2) the solar panel needs handles on the top edge of each section, so that 1 person can more easily set it up alone, as *I will always be when I need to set it up!*;

3) as to how well the system works, that remains to be seen.

I am experiencing an issue with a warranty return item

I want to share my experience with VTOMAN regarding a FlashSpeed 1500 purchase.

The product I received had a serious defect and potential safety concern. After reporting the issue, I was told I would receive a replacement unit. That was almost 6 months ago.

Since then, the process has been extremely frustrating:

* repeated shipping errors caused by their side
* incorrect delivery information that I had to personally cover costs for
* long delays with no resolution
* constant delays and broken communication

At one point I was offered alternative lower-tier models (FlashSpeed 1000 / 600), but they are not equivalent to the original product I purchased and do not meet my requirements.

After months of waiting and no proper resolution, I requested a full refund instead.

As of now, I still do not have a final resolution.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious and make sure you are comfortable with potential long delays and poor after-sales support before purchasing.

The experience has been good. I want to point out that the shipping address was entered incorrectly during the purchase process. I contacted support and the problem has been resolved. Thank you for your assistance.

I had many questions that were not covered in the manual. I emailed my questions and within 24 hrs John answered my email with answers to all my questions. I was impressed.

I did have a problem with the generator I got a hold of the company and they promptly took care of the entire problem for me customer service is really good

I will keep commenting till my issues is resolved l. Now been 9-10weeks and my parcels have been sent to wrong adress, iv paided for delivery twice. Only received 1 part of parcel 1/2.
The ignored for weeks, the a reply to say they sent it separately to London parcel office with no forwarding adress. And now iv no reply at all?

I will not jist let you take £900 and not send items! I want my parcels! This has been going on for weeks now and iv got no ware except you steal my money!

I purchased a 1500X jumpman power station, the battery charger will get extremely hot actually it’s a fire hazard. Then it just stops charging at all and to add insult to injury the customer service is the worse. Good luck trying to explain this, it’s just a phone number that someone who will try to get your information and then they say someone will contact you. Mind you none of this is done in the states so have an interpreter on hand! “ A few hours later “

Products are good, deliveries a little slow & bigger sales.

Using the portable battery to power a video projector for outdoor use. Works like a champ, projector is happy and as near as I can tell (I did not 'scope it) the AC is very clean. Battery appears to be well built and easy to transport. About to purchase the cables to allow it to jump start my car (I wish those were much longer.)

Excellent battery. Used it this weekend on my starlink mini.

I purchased off Ebay Vtoman 2200, it was refurbished with a guarantee of minimum 12 months. After 7 months stopped AC output so couldn't use mains! Shortly after DC output failed. Contacted Vtoman both online and via Ebay, sent 3 videos of issue and asked to return/refund as unit not fit for purpose, my requests to date go ignored, and since this contains lithium batteries must be returned with Hazmat label and most curriers will not touch this item. Post Office, Evri DPD DHL will not accept. This is a far cry from the email that they sent when I purchased!

My requests to get this returned both via Ebay and Vtoman.com go unaddressed. The matter is raised now as a visa dispute. This had at least the minimum of a 12 month guarantee and completely failed in less than 7 months which included no use during low sunlight winter! Very concerned and disappointed!

Packages showed up damaged and a week later no help from the company
