Gage Shillcox took me in, and from start to finish it took 3 months total to get from 90% to 100%. Constant communication, motivation to get the appointments done, and consistent followup. From the time we officially filed the claim, it took one week to get my final decision back. Prior to VetClaimOps, I had been using a company that has taken 3 years to get me from 70% to 90%. Great & outstanding experience

Nate has been there with me every step of the way never leaves me hanging and ensures all questions are answered. Nate helped take me from 10% to 80%. Thank you Gage, Nate, and the whole vet ops claims team extremely knowledgeable and professional at what they do. You can tell they really care about the vets.

Gage helped me in a situation that I don’t think anyone else could have done what he did. I was 8 months post retirement and trying to get on my feet again. Bills were pilling up and I didn’t know what to do. My VA claim had been denied and I was lost without a path forward. The VSO that was “helping” me let my claim fail and wasn’t able to help. Gage stepped in took full charge. His coaching and knowledge is second to none. He helped push my appeals, got me the letters and justifications we needed to get my claims approve. He teaches you how to get the coverage and medical support you need for your specific diagnosis. My family cant thank him enough. There are lots of other out there who claim to provide assistance to veterans, but none like this. The Michael Jordan of veteran support!

Logan was very helpful and knowledgeable. He narrowed down what to do and made it easy to navigate through appointments needed in order to get the correct information. 100% recommend them
