I don't usually write reviews. However, I feel like this time I feel obligated to. I've been overcharged on a model that didn't work and put out constant errors (no output and still ate away my credits), and instead of letting away, I wrote to support. The answer was immediate (2 hours) and I'd been refunded, and two things were implemented that allowed for smoother customer experience.
