I’ve been doing business with this company for about a year now. The quality and customer service have overall been excellent.

Recieved today. Very fast despatch so anyone wanting a hair systems that's had the base cut and hair styling option Top unique is your company. No other company is as fast and previously I've tried a few. Went for the 70% density again as want to try and blend it with my bio hair. Always competitive on price and offer great sales. Very receptive customer service and they always respond promptly.

Absolutely thrilled with my system, density (70%) is perfect for me as I've always had fine hair. Requested the style ive always used (did make sure to include photo and my hair length preferences) the quality is second to none! Brilliant service and i will of course be remaining a loyal customer

I have to say that TopUnique has a 5⭐️ Customer Response turn around time. I've been a Regular Customer for about 3yrs now.. I have to order "Custom" due to the color & length of my hair. I usually receive my Custom Order within 6-9 weeks ( I always order 2 at a time)..

The craftsmanship of the custom unit I ordered was great, they followed instructions to the letter on the hairstyle specs I requested. The Swiss Lace is well made and looks fantastic. The whole system is quality.

There were some misunderstandings on my part about the hair. It is European hair but needed to be processed in order to achieve the 1B60 color I ordered. I thought it would remain unprocessed but that was my mistake, and not on the part of TU. Next time I’ll make sure I ask those questions beforehand.

I have ordered twice from Top Unique now. Quality is fantastic; softness, silkiness, and lack of matting, and minimal shedding. And the price! Quick processing and just as quick shipping. 1 week from order to delivery for stock pieces.

This order was the TUL06 in #5, which I opted for the hair cut addition. Came in as close to perfect as could be. This piece is nicer than my $1100 custom order main piece from another company. I will definitely order a few more TUL06 as my main instead.

Docked 1 star as I did have concerns and small issues with my first purchase. Sent customer service an email with descriptions of concerns and photos and heard nothing back. Overall quality of first purchase (TUL21) was still soft and tangle free. This first purchase was a lighter density piece, but had a VERY light density spot (~2" spot) that borerline looked like a bald spot that I could not unsee. This first piece rarely get's worn.

Would absolutely still recommend for overall quality and price.

Quality and time frame of delivery

I love this company, first for their excellent customer service and also their high quality products. I have several of the men’s hat systems, they are my go-to brand. I recommend the lace front and silk base style they sell to everyone for the comfort and durability.

I used to buy from Lordhair but about a year ago i switched over to TopUniqueHair because the quality was so much better. Less tangling and also their customer service team is the best. I always have so many questions and theyre so happy to help me everytime. But seriously though, the quality for me personally is so much better because when i used to shop at competitors, the hair would already tangle on week 2. For TopUniqueHair I deal a bit with tangles with pieces that are permed but water and detangling spray always does the trick. But without the perm, the hair is even more high quality. The piece i have without the perm has lasted so long because it doesnt shed as easily and never tangles. I do love a perm though so I sacrifice a bit of the quality for the perm because i love a permanent body wave. Ive never been so satisfied. I wont be switching companies anytime soon.

I love the hair line so perfect. Also the added gray hair make it look so natural. Delivery was extremely fast!!!!!
