I have a watch ultra 2 I ordered the rose gold case for my watch WOW it has totally transformed my watch it is totally unrecognisable the quality is also amazing. I had some issue with installing the watch faces but the customer service is really helpful they respond to every email you send them. My only concern was the premium delivery I paid for was not fast at all i took almost a month to get my product. But after receiving it was worth the wait.

I’m pretty happy with the Apple Watch Mod case overall. The design looks great and gives my watch a more premium, unique appearance. It fits well and was fairly easy to install.
The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the fit could be a little more precise, and the buttons feel slightly less responsive than without the case. It’s not a major issue, but it’s noticeable during daily use.
Overall, it’s a solid product that looks good and offers decent protection. If you want to change the look of your Apple Watch it’s worth considering.

It has probably been a couple of months since I saw your ad on Instagram and began a dialog with you. I initially ordered the watch off the Instagram and it was for the 49 mm watch. I did not realize mine was the 45 mm. I interacted with Claire (not sure if she is a human or AI) who helped me effectuate a fair exchange transaction. I received the replacement about a week or so ago. I had trouble accessing your volume of watch faces but in the last day I finally was able to access the Rolex faces I have been wanting. While I wish I didn't have to click Clockology every time the watch goes to the Apple Watch default it is a very minor inconvenience. I love the watch and the face I am using. I also wanted to mention I have had difficulty with other metal watch bands in the past. They actually caused some pain. Yours is completely pain free and everytime I look at it I am very happy. I am also grateful!

BUYER BEWARE
The shipping time was ridiculous. Instead of 5-7 days, it took two weeks. The tool provided to remove the pins for wrist adjustment is flimsy and doesn’t work. The pins get stuck halfway and there is no way to get them back in fully (the flimsy tool doesn’t help putting the pins back in). I emailed customer service and they have not responded. They seem to respond to every negative review here so perhaps I will receive a response and a resolution (full refund).

Regarding shipping, our website explains that orders require 24–48 hours for fulfillment, after which customers can choose between Standard and Expedited Shipping. While expedited shipping is typically much faster, delays can occasionally occur with the courier. Whenever the expedited service doesn’t perform to the standard we expect, we refund the shipping upgrade cost.
Regarding the sizing tool, that certainly isn’t the experience we want you to have. Claire and our support team are always happy to help with installation, provide tutorials, or even send replacement tools free of charge if needed.
