If I could give this company negative…
If I could give this company negative stars, I would. My flight was canceled and refunded however, I have not seen that refund reflect on my account yet I have spent the last hour calling super.com for them to either hang up on me or provide me with another number who has nothing to do with super.com I have yet to be able to get through again I have talked to their online support who state that they can do nothing to help. Do yourself a favor and do not book.

I used Super.com to book a hotel in Steveston, BC, Canada, for our high school reunion in September 2026. I eventually got through the process and paid with PayPal but when I confirmed with the hotel I discovered Super.com had charged me $70 extra for the two night stay! This fee was never disclosed to me during the booking process!
