I hade an issue with the download, saying invalid.
So I messaged the Simify team on another phone, within minutes I had a reply on how to fix the issue.
A couple of goes it hadn’t solved the problem.
What was great was the Simify contact just cancelled it and sent a new one work straight away.
Outstanding work no time wasted.

eSIM setup was simple and easy, turned on in Indonesia straight away, turned off when we returned to Australia.
I always buy our eSIM’s from Simify when travelling overseas because their after-sales customer service is second to none!
Unfortunately had to cancel esim as can no longer travel. This was a very easy process with no issues. Thank you we will certainly use this company again when we travel next.
Customer service response is good but a clear understanding of what the eSIM is named would be helpful. It’s a little nerve wracking to take a chance on hitting a button that you’re not sure will mean free roaming or maybe not. Chat function is great and you can upload screenshots. I’m reasonably techie but sit with a variety of non tech types to help you write your instructions (which are decent but could be a little better).
The Simify eSim worked seemlessly and the support via the chat was incredibly good. We went for the inlimited package but I only used less than 5GB in the 15 days so next time I will go for the 10GB package. We just used whatapp, email and the occasional video call home.
So far so good. Really good speed here in n Singapore terminal. Staff were helpful in getting my wife’s transferred from my phone to hers when I accidentally downloaded both to mine.
It worked. My main suggestion is that you specify in your email which plan has expired. I went between regions, so I assume that the first plan has expired, but the new one continues. Making that clear would be helpful.

I recently purchased 2 eSIMs and somehow stuffed up the installations. Particularly on my wife’s phone. The service from the Help Team to get us sorted out was superb. Particularly from Tim. Extremely responsive and provided the helpful advice in an easy to understand way.
We absolutely love using Simify when we travel! It’s so simple to set up and completely hassle-free. We had service the entire time we were away with no issues at all, which made everything so much easier. The connection was reliable, fast, and gave us peace of mind knowing we could use maps, message family, and look things up whenever we needed.
It honestly took the stress out of staying connected overseas. We’ll definitely keep using Simify for all our future trips and highly recommend it to anyone travelling. Such a great and reliable service!
Just wanted to say...I was in the jungles and wetlands of Borneo recently. Bought my Malaysian esim from Simify before leaving Oz. Have to say, when others on the tour had no internet access, my Simify esim didn't miss a beat!

I had a problem trying to obtain data on my trip to Norway. When I messaged Simify they immediately contacted me and worked through the issue to resolve the problem. I have used Simify eSIM also in Japan and it is a necessity when travelling abroad.
