Sizes are WAY smaller than advertised
I ordered a 2xl which is a size larger than I normally wear and it was too small-so small that I couldn’t even fit in it…it’s an awful feeling especially from a company that’s supposed to be inclusive to those of a larger size.

I purchased a bathing suit for a trip, but was disappointed that I received it damaged. One of the straps was broken and I was not able to wear it on the trip.

They refused my request for a refund…
They refused my request for a refund for the bras that didn't fit!
For over 30 days they kept saying everything would be taking care of which was more bras in another size that fit but that's not what I requested!
So after getting so frustrated I gave up! Against my better judgement However the second set of bras do fit, material is cheap bras started to lose support. Waste of money. Don't believe the hype!

Excellent products!
The quality of this shapewear is excellent! I had to exchange for a larger size, and that process was made very easy. I received the replacement within a week of returning the original item. Great customer service. I’m very happy with my item and highly recommend Shapellx to everyone!

Love the quality!
I got my shape wear in a timely manner and I love the quality. I got the BOOT-YEAH mesh smooth high-waisted shorts and the Bare Essentials Airslim strapless bodysuit. These are medium compression, but I like to be a bit more squished so I like to go a size under for these. The air mesh shorts allow a bit more breathability due to the fabric and I like to layer them with a longline bra to help keep them up and keep the silhouette smooth. I wear shapewear under essentially all formal dresses and these are good staples to have for any wardrobe.

I bought something to wear, buying 7 months in advance. It gets to 3 months later, and i have no email or any contact with the business about my order and if it had been shipped or even packaged. I emailed the customer service and waited 2 weeks for a reply back, and they state that my order is sold out and they will send it to me when possible. So i had to wait SO long for them to finally tell me 3 months later that it was sold out since the month before. Communication is horrible. It gets to 2 months before i need the order, and i email them to refund it because they were not going to have it in time or ship it in time. I had to wait another 2-3 weeks until they emailed me back, and another 2 weeks until they appropriately sent the refund. Never ordering from there again, i don’t even have an opinion on their clothing, but customer service is horrible. Do not recommend.
