The art arrived poorly stretched
The art arrived poorly stretched; not tight but flapping. Difficult to re-stretch without damage to the piece because it was wrapped over the edge. Given that it arrived stretched anyway, it could have been delivered framed. Some simple framing options would have been appreciated. Overall, it was a difficult exercise and it need not have been.

I am extremely happy with the print I ordered from Saatchi Art. I am a retired teacher, so the original piece was out of my price range; however, the print on canvas presents beautifully. I took advantage of the opportunity to make an offer, which was accepted by the artist.
I had a question about the print, and I received a prompt response from a curator. I also had a question for customer service and again I had a quick answer. Both of these people followed up to make sure I had the information I needed.
