Good luck cancelling before they collect money
I took out the seven day trial to test the service. I updated my account settings to not continue with the paid service.
One week later, £19.95 taken from my account. I immediately logged in and cancelled the subscription that I said I didn't want and contact customer support.
Customer support said that my subscription had not been cancelled and I would not be refunded.
This feels like a scam.

Support ignores billing requests.
I contacted them 3 days ago for a refund request. I still haven’t received a reply. Terrible support, I will likely be requesting a chargeback since they are completely ignoring you.
