What is the point of offering the option to divert a parcel?
Knowing I wouldn't be in, I tried to divert my parcel to one of my 2 local lockers, but neither facility was on offer, only 1 option was listed which was several miles away in an area I have no knowledge of. The return bus journey would have taken hours and cost more than the postage for the original delivery - why not use the lockers closest to the delivery destination? Having to pay twice to get a parcel delivered to its required destination is not a good service! So, as an alternative I gave details of 3 different neighbours to ensure safe 'local' delivery. After knocking and getting no response, the courier simply put my parcel on the floor near the front door in full view of passers by and traffic - with no attempt even made to deliver it to either of my 3 nominated neighbours. Not even next door which is about 10 steps away! What is the point of offering an option to divert a parcel if those instructions are a) restricted and out of area, and b) not followed!

You would have gotten 5stars if driver had placed parcel in safe place instead of front side of house were everone one could see.

Delivered on time - shame the person didn’t knock or ring the bell
The parcel was delivered as per the tracking details - however, it would have been much better if the delivery person had knocked or rung the bell !
It was only after receiving the “delivery confirmation” & checking on my door web-cam did I realise it had been left in the porch (as per safe place instruction)
However; there was NO attempt to ring or knock …. shame.

Appreciate the photo proof and text

Parcels threw over a high gate,back garden, I have a secure parcel box at the front of house !
My dog has access to the garden at all times and got hold of the package, im just glad there wasn't any glass in the package which could have cut my dog.
